Very comfortable bed.

We were given a disabled room, asked for a change, given another disabled room. We wanted a walk in shower. No coffee table in either room?? The shower, designed for a disabled person hits a standing individual right in the face as the showerhead is on a bar. The basin sticks out so far, it is impossible to do make up close up. We did ask management about this, but to no avail.

The king suit was very spacious the bed was comfy and the floor I was on was fairly quiet. I would recommend.

The hot water was not very hot it's okay but when you want HOT you want hotttt... also the drain for the water went down very slow but tub served it's purpose for the 1 night I stayed. Bath tub itself could also use some updating.

I loved how clean the hotel was! the staff was extremely friendly and it was a welcoming environment!

I wanted to thank Bobby at the front desk in Rockwall for coming to my aid. I ended up needing to stay over due to an unexpected doctor’s visit, he immediately made arrangements to extend my stay and he’s so helpful. Thanks Bobby!
