Distancia dos modulos a recepção, nos obrigando a transitar com malas da recepção ao modulo de quartos. Nossa experiencia com o Restaurante foi mediana.

Food was great, place was clean but my biggest thing was how friendly and helpful and accommodating the staff was. Excellent experience!!

I love the friendly front staff, they know service and they keep me coming back!!

The service at the pool could be better.

Great little boutique hotel on a very quiet street and close to many stores and restaurants. Has an outstanding pool/beach bar. Everyone who works there is super nice and helpful. The Circuit car will transport you for free to many nearby locations.

Hot sand and afternoon storms, but there is nothing the resort could about either of those things....lol.

you do not have to move your car at all! nice restaurants you can go with the golf cart shuttle

I liked the pool and beach.

The rooms could have had more amentities. They had a party in the lobby (they rent out) and it was loud-we could hear it going on in our room all evening into the night.

Beach, Room, Hotel staff, umbrellas available for free at the beach. Walking distance to all of the restaurants were super nice as well. Pool was easy to access

First room smelled a bit musty, but they moved us right away and we had a great time in our new room.

GREAT property and location with all of the services of a large scale resort. We love the contemporary design and the staff were engaging and pleasant! The food quality and value were excellent!

I do not drink alcohol, but do enjoy N/A beer. I was disappointed that there no nonalcoholic options on the menus when requested. I would suggest to add these options for non-alcohol drinkers and perhaps a Mocktail category as well.

The bed next to air conditioner was blasted with cold air even when a wall of pillows was made. Person who slept next to air conditioner came down with a cold.

Staff was friendly and always helpful. Great area. Could walk to wonderful restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Beach was right across the street and there was a small pool available. It was good how they had beach chairs available just for guests. Enjoyed how their was a beach bar. Liked how there was free use of the bikes at hotel.

I sent a request to the hotel prior to my arrival, they did not answer. The area was mostly motels which would’ve been nice to know prior. There was loud construction in the morning & our balcony door didn’t even open (there was cautious tape & a note stating not to open it).Bartender at the beach was rude and customer service was significantly different to then what other guests were receiving. I am not sure if this is because we are a young couple (mid 20’s) or what the issue was, but regardless of our age we are still paying and tipping customers.

My only complaints- the construction was not mentioned in the Booking.com write up and we were promised 2 Queen beds and only got 2 Full beds. I asked about this at the front desk and was told that's all they had available. They NEVER offered a price reduction or any other compromise for their lack of promised accommodations.

This was our second time at Plunge and we’ll be back.

We thought they should have noted that they are under construction on the website.

Dated. Our room overlooked parking and buildings. Had masking tape running a long slider window that didn’t open because there was no deck. Hallway and room dated. Phone in room didn’t work. I think photos from on Hotel and travel booking websites are very deceiving. Next time we stay back at the Pelican Hotel well worth the extra money.

Price was fair. Beach vacation, good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Staff was great, even if they don't have a union.

Construction noise. We couldn't open the window because of the construction. The noise stopped at five but still wasn't great for a midday nap. Maybe it was miscommunication but I think the bar downstairs didn't have ginger beer, only ginger ale, but a Kiev Mule isn't the same with ginger ale.

There was construction during my stay so I had to be across the street, not beachfront building

Location is great. Close to beach, publix, restaurants and shops.

Rooms were not clean, bed have stains, currently under construction with some balcony views blocked off. Elevator was stuck.... I will not stay here again.
