Room 1bed and a hide bed. We sleeping on top each other. I had to steep over just to get to bathroom. I almost fell because way bed and hide bed were so close

The Bistro was really nice, easy way to get good coffee and good! The lounge area was very nice and the size of the room was amazing!

There was mold growing around a plug and a light socket. I did inform management upon check out.

The room was very clean and they made good use of the space. The bathroom was spacious and up-to-date. The bed was very comfy and I slept very well. The parking lot was well lit and I felt safe leaving my stuff in the car. It was also located near a lot of food options and the highway. I will stay here again for sure!

When we checked in it was fast and easy. The lady who checked us in though was not very friendly. She barely said two words and seemed more concerned with watching the people over in the coffee area. She didn't give us any directions to where our room was. She didn't actually ever ask for my name, just my ID. The fridge only ran for two hours, so we had to get back up in the middle of the night and turn it back on to keep our food cold. The remote and tv were hard to use. The buttons were really stiff and we struggled to even get it to turn on. The room could use a little more lighting.

We didn’t have breakfast, even though it smelled and looked delicious. We had snacks the night before from the concession area. They had a very good selection of snacks and drinks.

Didn’t have any issues, everything was to our liking.

It was written we will get complimentary breakfast but it was not there

Cleaning of room only every 2 day of the stay and only on request ? Different to European standards

The woman that checked me in was really helpful. She gave us a good restaurant recommendation, and somehow I lost my keys on the way over to a restaurant and she was very sweet and getting new keys done. She was very friendly and efficient. I wish that I knew her name but she was on the night shift Monday, August 21.
