The location was really nice

The fireplace wouldn't turn on. It states on the wall no pets on furniture (which I understand but I wish it was mentioned in the listing so we knew beforehand). I also wish it mentioned where the closest beach access area is. While showering in the master bath, the hot water ran out in less than 5 minutes (we had not ran the dishwasher or washing machine that whole day). Lastly, half the outlets were so loose you couldn't plug anything in.

open living area

cleaning neglect ie rat/mouse droppings in kitchen drawers and kitchen towels chewed up. surface clean looked ok but cutting board stuck to kitchen counter, had not been cleaned underneath for quite some time.

The living space was great for our family game nights.

I thought the beach was closer to the house but it was a short distance.

We loved how close we where to the beach !

The two twin beds could have been a queen bed ?
