Foi muito mais do que esperavamos! Começando pela localização, tem varias linhas de metro muito próximas, 3 só na esquina, bairro seguro e tranquilo. A equipe extremamente educada e prestativa. A limpeza de quarto foi feita todos os dias, assim como troca de toalhas e reposição de café e água. A limpeza em todas as instalações do hotel era sempre muito boa, a recepção tinha um cheirinho muitoooo bom. Tanto antes do check-in quanto depois do check-out eles guardaram nossas malas no deposito para que pudessemos conhecer a cidade e nos disponibilizaram água e banheiro. Tinha frigobar, wi-fi funcionando bem, chuveiro quente, tudo muito bom! Vale muito o investimento! Com certeza fizeram nossa viagem mais especial!

Es un hotel muy céntrico, excelente trato, no hay fila en los ascensores, queda cerca de todo y del metro. Sin duda nos volveremos a hospedar ahí!!!

Great location, blocks from the Oculus, close to subway and nearby markets. Very friendly staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Would have been cool if there was some minimal breakfast provided but not a deal breaker.

The room itself was comfortable, and very clean, and the bathroom was lovely. The bed was comfortable. I was on a high floor, so it was very quiet.

If you're traveling for work, in any way, DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel has no real lobby, no business centre, and just no amenities or customer service or support in any way. I stayed at the Aretzen for a work trip, which for me meant a late-afternoon meeting, and--most importantly--an evening event at the McNally-Jackson Seaport location. My flight got in relatively early--I arrived around 10:30am--and I presumed that I'd be able to sit down in the lobby, have coffee (and/or breakfast) and work until my room was ready; or, perhaps, that I could get an early check-in, which I'd requested. What I found was less a lobby than a cramped waiting area, with no amenities, not even water, on hand. This was the final leg of a tour for me, and I was very clearly exhausted, but the front desk people were curt and unkind, and made me feel uncomfortable and stressed out. Later, when I eventually got into my room, I realized that I needed to print out a small document--three pages--for my event that night. I called down to the front desk to ask if there was any way possible--even though there was no business center--for me to do so, and they told me to email them the document and they'd print it. I did so, finished getting ready for my event, went downstairs to grab it, as I left, and was told they had never received it and had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up going back and forth--from my room, on one of the top floors, to the front desk--three times, before they printed it for me, and was late to my meeting. I'm from NY and if this were a hotel in, say, the East Village, okay, but it's in the Financial District! Surely, they have other business travelers, who need to print things? Or work on their stay? Other maddening things: When I finally checked in, I was informed that my room had a Nespresso machine, which came with pods. But when I called down to ask for an extra pod, they informed me that I was being charged for each pod I used.

The location of Artezen hotel is unique. Is locaetd two blocks away form 9/11 memorial and one world. A small walk away is baterry park. Also Fulton station is a few steps away and many lines of the subway pass through the station. The staff is very friendly . Also was a very clean hotel. A bit noisy, as our room was facing John street, but it's the city that never sleeps! The size of the room was decent if you compare it with other hotels in NYC. Overall was a value for money choice for us, and we had a pleasant stay

Room was comfortable, if a little small. Was perfect for one person or a couple, would be difficult to fit a bassinet. Had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and a perfectly acceptable bathroom. Did not use the TV. Was quiet in spite of being in a very central location to the FiDi. Staff in lobby were friendly and efficient.

Nothing, only thing that bothered me was a smell in the lobby, which I assume was some sort of scent diffuser that just wasn't to my taste. I'm sure some other people like it.

The staff was absolutely incredible. Carmelo not only guided us to finding the best local bagels in the area, he even went above and beyond to ensure we could plan everything out to see everything we wanted to see before. Daniel also made sure we felt comfortable to relax before heading out after checking out, offering directions, water, and some great laughs. I haven’t been to NYC in 15 years, and already I look forward to returning for this amazing experience.

Our trip was not long enough to fully experience everything the hotel had to offer- which truly is a good thing more than anything else !

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and well located. Room amenities it is all you need and they also offer free water and snacks in the room which are included in the room rate.

Great staff. Always! Every time I go the staff is so polite and amazing. Every single time. It's clean, it smells so amazing as soon as you walk in! This is definitely my favorite hotel in the financial district.

Great location to explore Manhattan. Particularly, the Wall Street area and Battery Park etc. The subway station is just on the corner. The bonus is that Joe's pizza is 50 metres from the hotel. Super friendly staff.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Subways nearby. Closest is Fulton Street which takes you to a good number of places uptown. Easy walking distance for ferry to Brooklyn. Joe's Pizza a stones throw. Stone Street and it's great bars within a close stroll. Staff lovely and helpful. Would stay here again without doubt. Loved the week we stayed here.

What a gem! I am so happy that we booked this hotel for 3 nights and we would definitely stay there again. The location is just perfect, Fulton subway is right there, Wall Street is just around the corner and you can see One World Trade Center on your left from outside the hotel. The room was big and had a beautiful decor. It was spotless clean when we got there and they fixed our room perfectly every day. The staff is very kind and super helpful, we couldn't feel more welcome during our stay. We did not have time to try the gym but saw it and it was a nice space to train with all you need, like a mini gym. There was no restaurant nor breakfast but there are plenty of places right on the street for coffee and food and it's more fun to go out in NY! Nevertheless there is a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and a water boiler so you can have tea or coffee in your room anytime. There is also a little supermarket right in front of the hotel which is great to buy snacks, etc. We stayed some nights before in Midtown but I liked it way more the downtown area and this hotel. It's better to stay there and take the subway to Midtown. We also went for nice walks to Soho, West Village, Chinatown and Little Italy. It was great value for the money and I highly recommend this hotel!
