Plenty to do on site- hiking, horseback riding, beautiful lake, game room ,on site restaurant and cafe. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Pool and outer deck were ( closed) under construction and are not expected to be completed until October 24.

Restaurant had good breakfast and lunches reasonably priced; dinner options looked good but we ate dinner at other local establishments.

They were very helpful since they did NOT have our reservation. We had a room that overlooked the lawn and the lake
They did not have our reservation, then they gave us a room that had not been cleaned yet.

The cabin was wonderful. It was so nice to be able to use the inn’s amenities also.
I didn’t know there was a bigger cabin which I would have picked a different date when it was available

Very nice staff and very clean. Finally after 15 yrs of staying here i was able to get my room request i asked for all these years.
The mattresses were "super" hard. Toilet in room 154 wasn't bolted down.

Room was fairly large and was clean.
Room was in need of updating. The smell of whatever cleaner they used smelled bad. It gave me a bad impression of the whole building. Ate two meals in the restaurant and was very disappointed with the quality of the food. If I were to come back I would drive to a restaurant somewhere to eat.

the room was cozy. the staff was awesome very helpful and kind. the dinning room was rustic, clean, and the fireplace was a nice touch. the food was very good and the wait staff was awesome
there was a mix-up in the reservation, but we got a smaller room at a lower price than expected. most of the ammenities were not available mostly due to weather and the day of the week we stayed

Pool/hotub and toboggan run.
The rooms were not cleaned well. Very outdated and not comfortable. The beds were very small. A lot of things were broken.

My husband and I loved the view from our room! We also loved the convenience of being able to hike a few steps from the inn. We also loved the fish tank!
Our bed was uncomfortable and there was mold and women’s hair in our shower. The arcade games ate all of our money. We would put in quarters and they would get stuck in the game and wouldn’t eject. The pool lining was very squishy and honestly dirty. There was a band aid floating around. The hot tub smelled awful. We also believe maybe you should offer guests a coupon for breakfast in the morning as the prices are high for mediocre food.

Beautiful setting. We toured Potawatomi Inn which was beautiful and historic. Buffet breakfast was good.
We stayed in cabins which we’re comfortable but not sound proof (nothing terrible but you can hear sounds from other cabins). They are located on trail head and very near lake.
Cabins are four hooked together. You can hear through walls of adjoining cabins.

The hotel is a nice location. The room was decently clean.
We stayed in the historic rooms so some of these issues are expected. The AC did not work well and it was 75 degrees in the room by the time we woke up. The water constantly switched from hot to cold. There was trash in our trash can when we walked in, including what looked like toe skin. The elevator was out of service when we left so we had to carry everything downstairs and across the front drive. The indoor pool is kind of run down but still swimmable. We had to pay to get into the park when we first got there even though we had a hotel reservation which seems odd to me.

I like the old style, but room felt old enough where it didn't feel super clean and the bed was too small.
Bed too small and lighting in bathroom was bad.

It was in a beautiful area within a state park. It had nice facilities for the family, including the game room, pool, and whirlpool. There was also an outdoor beach area, and of course, the state park.
It does need some updating.

The park was great with beautiful scenery, lots of trails and things to do.
I could feel the springs in the beds and the rooms were noisy.

Just about everything!
I managed to get "turned around" frequently when in the Inn. A few discreet signs indicating the direction to the front lobby would be very helpful.

location; outdoor fire pit, and sunsets.
condition of rooms; mattresses are of low quality (and much too firm); dirty carpets in room and hallways

Close to where we had to be at Crooked Lake.
Rooms could have been nicer, upgrades needed.

The beds were comfy.
It wasn’t the cleanest. There was urine and hair on the bottom of the toilet from the previous tenants. The tub held water ankle deep when we took our showers

Beautifully landscaped. Provided a lot of different activities for different age groups. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The beds. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

The lake the little cafe the lodge! The kids loved the pool! It was very handicap friendly! The guy working the fro t desk on Wednesday was very helpful!
Young girl at the front desk at check in and check out was rude! My room was not ready on time! The bed was broken and the front desk girl said oh ok! The room would not cool off! My 2 rooms cost almost $500.00 and I feel it was a waste!

the shower hardly worked and it was a little outdated

It was a nice quiet, comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed hiking through the woods both days we were there.
The room could have been cleaner, furniture was not dusted very well. We had trouble with the trail markers and map navigating our way.

Love swimming in the heated pool, but the pool might need updating soon.

Breakfast was great!
There weren’t a lot of guests while we were there, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves, which may have presented some problems with staffing, as a number of our waitstaff seemed young and a little inexperienced. (They weren’t able to serve alcohol on Monday night because no one on staff had their liquor license. They ran out of their special on Tuesday before 6, and their dessert selections were limited.)
The water was good and hot, and water pressure was good.
The bath towels were some of the smallest we ever used, and their toiletries were limited: shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion.

Every thing was awesome and the staff was friendly. The room was big and spacious. The pool was very big and we love the hot tub and the sauna.
The tub took a long to drained. Also wish their was complementary breakfast. Also wish their was activities for the family can do and also let us know that there are different activities the family can do around the area.

The general feel of the inn was wonderful. Very relaxing
