It was too difficult to connect with administration. I was waiting for the feedback around 2 days, it’s incredible. I wanted to change check in. there is no pool

It looked decent on the website, and also had relatively good ratings/reviews.

It was run-down, pots and pans were dirty, carpet was ragged and dirty, fork left in the family room, TV didn’t work, bedrooms had saggy mattresses, had and was too terrifying for my kids to sleep in, broken furniture, clothes left in the dresser. The worst part was when I tried to immediately cancel the reservation the following morning, the booking company and property manager took so long to respond that I couldn’t vacate the property and find other accommodations until mid-day. In spite of this, they charged me for two-nights and refused to refund me.
