Luxuries of home. Good location
No tv channels. Having to call in about a broke chair. Bed was squeaky and a little wobbly. One side held up with books.

The location was convenient to the places we needed to go.
The bedroom bath area. The white towels and wash clothes were dingy. The colored ones appeared to have bleach streaks. It’s like I got new towels at home so I put my old ones at my rental unit. The closet had a chest of drawers and an “extra” dining table making it inconvenient to get to your hanging clothes. The chest could be moved into the bedroom and put the tv on it. Do away with the small piece the tv sits on. Tv would be easier to see. I noticed my side of the bed was lower but ok. After removing the sheets, as requested the bed frame was no longer put together about waist level. Maybe ikea? The pillows were stained, yellow spotted. Maybe drooled on? Pillow protector would be nice and help preserve the pillows like the mattress pad. The extra pillows in the closet were also stained. Now for the positives. We have stayed at Oak Shores numerous times, not this unit. If is extremely quiet and well located. The unit was clean we had a nice stay. I just think more attention should be paid to linens etc. your tenants are putting their bodies in your beds. Thank you

Quaint little apartment way worth the price. Great location! Easy and comfortable, very nice owner with easy contact. Recommend!!!

It was close to everything including the beach. Very quiet and peaceful.
There were some cosmetic issues, but nothing that affected the functionality of the place. The towels and wash clothes were dingy, as were the pillows.

It was really clean and quiet. It's only a 5 min walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Lots of parking space. Great for children
The pool closes a little bit to early. I think it should close around 10pm instead of 8pm.
