The property was very clean and it smelled so good.
The only thing that I did not like about the property is that in our room, which is room 410… The toilet gave us so much problems it just would not flush properly… And when it did flush, it would take forever to fill the tank back up.

Close to everything in downtown Memphis
Curtains in room need to cover windows better. Hotel is right next to ballpark and light from stadium and parking lot were very bright

Great location within easy walking distance of Beale Street. Free on-site parking. Clean. Breakfast was included.
Aircon was very loud and clunky. Elevators were also loud and slow and broke down before we left so we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs from the 4th floor. Coffee machine was broken but it did get replaced or repaired soon after we reported it.
