Home away from home. This apartment was truly a sanctuary for our family. Wonderful retro decor, big bath, comfy beds and lounges, across the road from delicious restaurant. What more could you ask for?

The apartment and the owners were great! Very nice place, very clean. Would highly recommend this property. The only drawback is it is hard to get a cab or Uber at this location. Not the owners fault, just the taxi / Uber situation in Milan is not the best.

Orlando met us outside the property and walked us through the entrance, places to go, tram stops etc, Irena then went through the apartment, what a lovely couple and really helped with what we needed to know, she also what’s apped the metro route to the concert we were going to see, the location was great for us and a tram into the city or a short stop for the metro, we walked 40 miles in three days but used Trams and Metros with a 72hour city pass, Some nice restaurants just a short walk, the only downside for us was we could hear someone snoring in the flat upstairs but this was only once and didn’t spoil it for us. Would recommend as it was great value and we wasn’t aware Cold Play was on the Sunday night and would have booked longer, it was also Milan Fashion Week so great value compared to the City Centre.

Comfortable stay
Irena was such a kind communicator and very responsive with all of my questions. Her apartment was charming and comfortable. It was within a tram ride away from all the major sites and easy to navigate. We enjoyed our stay in Milan. ♥️

Excellent Apartment
Orlando and Irena were very responsive to our questions and patiently answered us. The apartment itself was accurately described and had working appliances (air conditioning, washer, dryer, etc.). It was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and close to public transportation and shopping. Orlando gave detailed instructions as to how to use things or to remedy things if something stopped working. He was nice about meeting us in front of the building and letting us store our luggage before actually moving into the apartment.
If we ever return to Milan, we will be sure to stay here!

Lovely stay in Milan for family of 4
Everything went very smoothly, the apartment was charming and well stocked with everything we might need. We appreciated having more space than a typical hotel room, and enjoyed the neighborhood. Our hosts gave us good advice for restaurants and transportation. It was easy to get around using the nearby tram system. Overall an excellent experience.

We're so glad we found this property! It really was a home from home- anything you could possibly need was available. It was perfect for us. The location is excellent for a city visit, plus cafés and restaurants for all tastes within a short walking distance. Excellent value for money and owners very quick to reply to any query. Perfect place
Accueil chaleureux de Orlando et Irena. Ils mettent tout en œuvre pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Check in/out très simple . L’appartement est bien situé, proche du tram. Le centre ville et la gare centrale sont à 15min. Le quartier est agréable pas touristique. On vit à la Milanaise le temps d’un week-end.

Gezellig appartement alles was aanwezig wat een verblijf aangenaam maakt. Veel info over de stad en openbaarvervoer aanwezig.
Goede uitleg van eigenaars over alles wat Milaan te bieden heeft.
Bij vragen van onze kant direct reactie van eigenaars. Zeer vriendelijk.
Kortom een echte aanrader heeft ons verblijf tot een feestje gemaakt.

Een aanrader
Het rustig gelegen appartement nog net binnen de stad, met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn waren perfect voor ons gezin van 4 personen. De sfeervolle inrichting, de zalige airco op warme dagen, de goede bedden, het openbaar vervoer vlakbij, parking voor het huis, supermarkt open 24/24, en vele restaurantjes vlakbij, maakten dat we van een zorgeloos verblijf genoten in Milaan. We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen en alles verliep correct. Een aanrader.

Loved Milano, apartment absolutely fabulous
I stayed at this beautiful apartment for 6 days and loved it. A stones throw to the bus and to the tram. Amazing value for money. The apartment was spotless and had everything you need plus more. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, air con. 2 very large bedrooms. Just perfect. Host also does airport pickup for a fee and well worth it. Irena and Orlando helped with everything for my first visit. Patisserie. Coffee, Bar, restaurant all within 200m.

Très agréable séjour chez Irena et Orlando
Tout s'est passé comme prévu et l'appartement est tel que décrit.Tout proche du TRAM 12 (voire 10), vous êtes ainsi reliés au centre ville. Orlando et Irena ont été d'un contact très chaleureux et nous ont donné tous les tuyaux de visite pour Milan. Assez rare sur ces sites de location pour être mentionné : c'est vraiment avec eux que nous avons effectué le check in et le check out.
En un mot : A RECOMMANDER !

Great Stay in Milan
Great hosts! Orlando picked us up from the Airport and gave us great recommendations for our stay in Milan! He also recommended a fabulous restaurant down the street and we loved it so much we ate there both nights we were there! The apartment was in a perfect location and super close to the tram. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Milan!

We can only say great things about this Milan apartment, and the hosts who are charming and reliable. We had a most enjoyable stay for 9 nights. The apartment has everything you need, and is warm and comfortable. Plus the location is perfect for exploring Milan as an independent traveller. We definitely hope to return. Amazing
The house was exactly like in the photos...beautiful,clean....we had everything we needed there.The house is close to tram 12 station (by the corner)who go to centre of Milan (10-15 minutes).
I definitely recommend this property...the landlords are amazing,very helpful.They told us where can go to eat,where is the supermarket in case we want to buy something and cook at home...they gave us a map with everything we need to know....THANK YOU VERY MUCH IRENA@ORLANDO

Right at Home.
We loved our stay at this property. Orlando & Irena made us feel right at home. They fully explained the amenities of the apartment and gave us restaurant and grocery store recommendations for the neighborhood. They also told us about a street market during our stay that was fantastic! We felt we got a taste of the real Milan versus just the tourist view but the location was an easy 10 minute walk to the Metro station giving us access to the entire city. We would definitely stay here again!
