We loved the hotel, everything was great

The room rates were too pricey. I originally booked 2 nights and was promised a third night at the same rate. When we decided to stay an extra night however we were informed by another desk clerk that they couldn’t honor that rather and we were ch $50 more for the same room.

It had a Starbucks but it was poorly staffed.

Our room smelled like a cat had urinated or sprayed in our room. There were cobwebs in places that there should not have been. We did not receive fresh towels for our 2nd night of stay. We had a much better experience at the Best Western in Buffalo and it was half the price.

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean facilities and comfy beds. Great shared space to play games.

It was a longer walk from the falls than what we’d prefer. Frig in room was too small to store leftover containers.

It is within walking distance of the falls and many restaurants. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space to lounge comfortably in the lobby and on the patio. The food is very tasty and served in a timely manner. The drinks are mixed to perfection. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

i loved the hotel itself but my room all my windows were leaking while it rained it got some of my stuff wet and the ceiling was cracking

Location is 15 minutes walk from the falls, room was spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful. Bistro offerings were nice as well.

Need to pay more attention to the room cleaning, was taken care of in a short time.

The customer services was great! The lounge area was really nice. The pool was nice. The water was a little dark but it was nice. The gym was a great addition as well. The bathroom was decent.

The smell the room had when we first walked in. The lack of changing sheets or towels. The hotel was surrounded by abandoned buildings which was an eye sore. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The water pressure was very low. The carpet had stains and the hallways carpet had stains. The bathroom toilet had a stain and the bathroom shower floor was a bit black. I guess from the foot stain from taking a shower. The building just looked rusty and old from the outside. The was a car parked there with flat tires a that’s seems abandoned and they didn’t bother to clear that either. I didn’t mind the young kids but it’s seemed it was being managed by them which was strange but they were very professional and friendly. They did inform me students worked them from the university. The area was also very abandoned. Abandon houses every where. I was disappointed this being NY. I expected more from that area.

The staff was very friendly and polite at all times. The location was great, just a 15-20 minute walk to the falls or a short drive. We enjoyed the pool.

Our room was downgraded within two hours of our arrival. We were offered free cancellation but two hours' notice did not leave us with much choice but to accept the downgrade, leaving us in a room that was cramped for a family with three children. The room was not clean. When we opened the sofa bed we found a previous guest's sock and popcorn. Neither the wifi nor streaming services worked in our room, and the staff's story about whether or not it could or would be fixed changed depending on the day. We were offered a discount on our bill for our troubles which is appreciated but does not change that our stay did not meet our expectations.

The hotel was very swanky and staff were helpful and friendly.

The sofa bed in the room was much less comfortable than the beds. This makes it tricky for a family of 4 travelling together.

The location was fantastic and close to everything in Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Highly recommend.
