location, modern room, size of bathroom

excellent central location and outstanding views. rooftop terrace perfect to unwind after a busy day of exploring the fascinating city. bed is huge and extremely comfortable with great views out the windows. shower was lovely and warm. coffee machine nice added touch. excellent value for money for a couples 3 night stay. stairs are a little daunting at the end of a busy day but actually not too bad.

would have benefited from a few extra amenities such as a toaster. sauna appeared to have a glitch and didn’t get very hot despite leaving on to warm up. tv has only Netflix no channels, not a complete let down as the bed so comfy couldn’t stay awake long enough to watch it.

Location was good.

The room was sparsely furnished, and the windows did not block any sound. The wifi went spotty and the stairs to the room were extremely dangerous.

The terrace was amazing best part for us we spent most of our time up there. But be careful of the steep stairs . Also no cushions on any charis and they are impossible to sit on without the cushions annoying having ti carry up stuff from the room every time we wanted to use it

Photos are misleading. All of them. I think the photos must have been taken 10 years ago when they just refurbished the rooms but soon as you walk in to that black hall way walls stairs roofs all black paint ceap an tackie also no cushions on the chairs in the terrace or no roof cover. Two single blankets in a double bed and worst of all the door to the sauna had literally fallen of the hinge was rotten and snapped off. Full bed lamp fell of the wall after touching it to turn it on. Personally iv been to amsterdam and stayed at several locations and you could get a much better room for your money. Much better. BUT the location of this place is Perfect you have everything within 10mins walking and I mean everything that's the saving grace with this overpriced room . The shower in the bathroom is also really good. But the sink is a disaster you will see for yourself when you decide to brush your teeth. Honestly save your money and look for a better price

confusing check in experience, requiring us to call someone for a lockbox (with other units' keys in there), I needed to pay for occupancy taxes after the fact instead of just being charged directly on Booking requiring me to take out cash in a cashless city, unit had a lot of flies and mosquitos

The view was great. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows Room was perfectly clean and bathroom was beautiful Lovely to have coffee machine in the room to start the day.

Unclear which room was with what features. All rooms come with a canal view, not all rooms come with terrace. double check which one you want. Double bed with two single covers was also a little strange.

Everything I couldn't fault the room or the location and the view was perfect. The bed was huge an so comfy and the room had everything you needed and the sauna wow just what i needed to warm me up after a day of sightseeing. A huge thanks to the owners who were helpful if needed. I will definitely be returning as 3 nights were not enough.. x

If I had to fault one thing it would be the stairs a little steep but well worth it to have a view like that
