On arrival at 9 pm we were informed the restaurant and bar had just closed …… had we been informed of this previously we could have bought some food at the airport. The room was a disabled person room it was cold and sparse. There was only a small coffee machine with coffee no tea. Breakfast was terrible … cutlery was dirty, breakfast available was sparse limited choice the bread had to be put through the toaster 5 times to toast tea and coffee was like warm. probably one of if not the worse breakfast we have ever been presented with …

Nous avons apprécié dans cet hôtel, l’emplacement à côté de l’aéroport, le shuttle, ainsi que la chambre (spacieuse et confortable).

Le personnel. J’ai trouvé désagréable qu’on ne soit pas traité tous de la même manière. A chaque fois qu’on avait une question, on nous parlait avec dépit sans compter l’épisode du petit-déjeuner qu’on nous dit pas les heures le jour d’avant ni quoi que ce soit et que quand on arrive à 9h20 pour le prendre, ce soit fermé et qu’on doive le prendre au restaurant d’en bas.

We tried contacting the hotel after our stay about our sunglasses as it was left there but nobody pick up the phone. Even when picked up, only to be transferred and then hung up

Breakfast was started too late in the morning and was a bit lacking.

Kitchen sink/ garbage disposal was clogged with food and backing up so we had to move to a different room.

Very close to airport, which is why we selected it. We needed to get to and from the airport easily in the span one evening/morning. Check-in was easy. I liked that depending on which floor you were staying on you took a specific elevator.

There was no way to change the temperature in the room. It was set to a specific temperature. It made for a somewhat uncomfortable night of sleeping. Also there's too much confusion as to what shuttle we needed to get to the hotel. We saw three Hilton shuttles at LAX but none of them went this hotel. It was a shuttle that had "Joe's" on it and was multi-colored that was what we needed. And regardless of what the hotel website says, there are NO pictures of the airport shuttle so that we could look beforehand and know which shuttle to look for.

Very nice and clean 2 min from LAX airport with shuttles back and forth.

The room was super nice and big. The couch turned into a bed which was awesome.

Inside of our room 518 the AC did not work correctly, it was so hot. Like it legit only has one ac vent and it doesn’t get the whole suite cold enough especially inside the restroom. No ventilation in the restroom either, considering how expensive it is, that’s pretty crazy that they would just have the restroom with no way of the nasty odors to get out. We had to go down the hall to get a fan. I would definitely not recommend staying here over the summer as it would be super hot inside the room. Also the shower head never stopped dripping water and I think it was broken cause it just kept coming out. The restroom was just hot, nasty, and humid in the restroom bc of how hot it was and the moisture from the dripping water

Tilstoppet håndvask både i køkkenet og på badeværelset. Lys under emhætte kunne ikke slukkes, hvilket generede søvnen. Morgenmad af ringe kvalitet. Har intet med Hilton standard at gøre men sælges under det brand. Pris og kvalitet hænger slet ikke sammen. Meget skuffende.

It was close to the airport, it had a free shuttle, breakfast was included and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with a good variety of options not fancy but solid with fresh fruit and cereal to waffles and or two kinds of eggs. The shuttle was easy and it was nice that there was a description of it on the hotel phone tree.

The only things I’d want to see done differently There was only decaf coffee in the room and the coffee at breakfast was very week.

The room was huge with high ceilings. Loved the tall windows. The room was super clean and the kitchen has all the essentials we needed. Bed was very comfortable. The plus was the Krispy crème donuts , a coffee shop and subway restaurant right down there at the same building.

Parking was $50 a night. That’s expensive!

Parking situation was very confusing as it’s an independent garage and yet Homewood suites offers it as their parking, ultimately I got charged by both the garage owner and the hotel. Staff is vague about explaining it, it’s cheaper to pay the garage rather than go thru hotel and that was annoying how I had to call the hotel to get the refund for double charges on parking. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay, complimentary breakfast was good too.

NOT HAVING MY ROOM!!

No contact , no answer, nothing. Reserved two rooms 6 month's ago, I writed more ore less 20 times to charge my card, because this reservation was a gift for my family. When arrived my family was a surprise because we needed to pay more as the originally reservation. I'm a genius level 3 by booking since more then 10 years, but never happened that. This is my first negative rating on my live, in the last 5 years I visited more than 300 hotels but poor we Homewood, never!!!!!! I'm sure that I made all what I can to do my rewievs on all sites that exists.
