Bathroom lock!

It was absolutely a wonderful stay. From the Hospitality staff, to the rooms and property!!

There is not one thing I did not like!

Breakfast was a real highlight !!! Alongside the usual juice, milk, cereal, pancakes, curd, and bread-jam-butter options, there was a rotating hot menu with french toast, cheese-spinach patties, cheese omelette, egg fries, turkey patties, buns, croissants, spicy egg pie, hash browns etc - all served oven-fresh on alternating days. Truly delightful !!!

Bathroom door locks need urgent attention! Several rooms appear to have faulty bathroom door locks - I wasn’t able to get a better one when I asked to switch rooms. This is a real privacy concern for guests. Hoping the property addresses this soon! Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Very nice structure

Very nice hotel with a nice structure, but unfortunately poorly managed. Even before our stay, when I was making the reservation, I tried several times to contact the hotel but never received a reply. In the end, we had to call them directly. Also, when we arrived in the middle of the night we had to make our bed because it was not ready. Housekeeping is scheduled every other day, which we were not informed about, and they also skipped a day. As a result, our room was not cleaned for two consecutive days. During our long stay, the bed sheets were also never changed. When we complained, we were told they had many check-outs that day. If they cannot handle the workload, they should consider hiring more staff. We also asked to speak with a manager.A woman apologized and assured us that our room would be cleaned by 11 the following day and that we would receive some points as compensation. Neither of these things happened. We eventually had to ask the maids directly, as the room was still not cleaned. Breakfast is also poorly managed, with low-quality food and a eating area that did not appear very clean. Overall, the staff are friendly, with the exception of one front-desk employee who often seemed uninterested. It is a shame, as the hotel itself is really nice. With better management and more staff, it could be much better. Unfortunately, it did not meet the standard I would expect from a Hilton chain hotel.
