Bathroom could be nicer and fixed up. Room was extremely dry. Not enough staff working.

Dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Room had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. Bed linens hadn’t been changed (just remade), trash hadn’t been emptied; coffee grounds hadn’t been removed from in-room coffee maker and the shower glass hadn’t been wiped down.

As that Fairfield had overbooked. It sounds like your company has no ides how to run a businessWhen we arrived to check in with a reservation, they told me I did not have a room. Apparently they overbooked. They told me to go to the Marriot Residense Inn instead. That passed me off as they could not care less about me. At yhe Residense Inn the lady was very helpful, but said Fairfield had not cotacted her about how many they were sending and a near by city was also sending cistomers

See above. The reservation system obviously sacks. Your employee training sacks. The Residense had frayed carpet and the tiolet sear was lose. Marriot used to be a good company. What happened??

The breakfast would have been better if there was actually food out.

Check in was slow. Deck clerk spent more time on phone calls that acknowledging we were standing there. Room was not clean. Dirty toilet and shower. Was told it would be cleaned but after 9 hours it was not. Did move to another room but had to ask for clean towels every day.

Breakfast was not very organized in the morning and the eating area was dirty. The room was dirty and bathroom. we had to have someone come in and sanitize the bathroom and by the toilet and shower. There was no toilet paper and kleenex . The bedding and sheets did not look clean! When we checked in the front desk person was extremely rude! Later found out it was the Manager! Extremely disappointed!

I liked the comfortable bed and the fact it was close to restaurants.

We stayed in room 419. The room seemed small with the wooden closet/shelving monstrosity. Also, the bathroom was disgusting. A towel rod was ripped off thewall and never replaced, the bathroom was filthy, and the sink was clogged. Since it was a late check in, we decided to roll with it because we were going to bed soon anyway.

Breakfast met my needs.

The price being jacked up because Hawkeye game going on.

Nice, clean, stil looks new. Breakfast was good.

I got the room for a friend. The rate was exceptional, so thank you! We loved the breakfast and the staff was very professional.

The food and snacks were very expensive, but the location was near restaurants, so it was OK.
