Hardly any breakfast, string on fan wasn’t there, and the whirlpool didn’t work.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel in different rooms and each time the rooms are not properly cleaned, bathroom always has hair in the tubs and sinks. They provide subpar breakfast in the morning, the toaster is broken but is still put out for guest to use. The kitchen had this disgusting smell. When I provided feedback to the concierge (Deborah) during check out, her response was " do you want us to provide you with some points". I told her I'm not interested in points I'm providing feedback that my stay was not enjoyable, so you can make the necessary improvements! Not for her to try and dismiss the issue by trying to through some points at me. Clean the hotel and get functional appliances!!

Everything was amazing including the other guests and the staff were marvelous kind very helpful an polite.

Very high priced but definitely was great comfortable stay for my family under the circumstances we we're going through the staff was very genuinely compassionate to my family.

Above and beyond service and very friendly staff. Room was available for early check in ( thank you ) and breakfast hit the spot.

I love the location, the staff is friendly, the rooms were nice and spacious. The beds are big and comfy. Everything was in working order. The water was nice and hot.

The dishes in the rooms could use for replenishment or replacement. There were more lids than pots, the paring knife was bent.

That no one talked to me about claims and when I was notified it was the last warning when it was so many people in the property and they did which kids belong to what rooms and told me we had to leave the property

The hotel was quiet. We never heard people in the hallway even though the parking lot was full. When we went down for breakfast, we had the option of carrying our food back to our room with trays that were provided instead of having to make a couple of trips because the breakfast area was full. The woman taking care of restocking food was very prompt when things were getting low

The hot tub/spa jets didn't work when we turned the timer on.

disgusting ! I will never be back again ! everything was filthy and disgusting. the shower I had to clean myself there were long fine hairs that were on the shower walls . there looked like a pubic hair where you put the soap. behind the toilet looked like no one cleans behind that. the ceiling fan had thick amount of dust in the blades. sheen we pulled out the pull out couch it had old food crumbs and wrappers. inside the kitchen drawers had food in the measuring cups still . the only reason we stayed was because it was my son birthday we soon as we got there we went to the pool to swim . so by the time we are wet and going upstairs to get our items together and get in the shower . I noticed the bathroom first and cleaned it my self with tissue my Lysol wipes and my bleach that I always pack with me since COVID 19 and my body wash too to clean the shower out myself so we could hurry up and get ourselves together. I did not feel comfortable with going to the front desk and even speaking to management due to the fact when I called the property the day before I spoke to a woman who was very rude and gave me attitude i was shocked and for the amount of money I spent in yeah no I’m good very disgusted and disappointed.

No real options for breakfast, oatmeal was so hard you could barely scoop it from the pot. The handle on the toaster is broken so you have to push the broken piece in order for the bread to go down in the toaster to toast. You meant to tell me Hilton can't afford a simple toaster from Walmart at least!!

The bathroom was dirty, mildew all in the shower, the skirt on the bed had a whole bunch of stains on it!! So disgusting, I didn't see it until the morning when everything was bright!
