I loved the kitchen with the full fridge! The room layout was spacious, yet cozy. The bathroom had a beautiful shower. I loved the large hot tub and it was a very nice pool. The hotel was bustling, but you couldn’t hear it from inside the room which was amazing for sleep and privacy. The staff was so helpful when I had accidentally locked myself out of my room in the middle of the night.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Right from check in we were treated like gold. The check in was fast, efficient, with a warm touch. The room was beautiful. We travel a lot and it was one of the best! All requests were filled immediately. We even had checkins by Text from Greg who made sure everything was perfect. Which it was. Greg even took extra care to immediately meet a request based on medical needs.

Staff were very friendly, facility very nice and clean.

Pool was mediocre. Allowing us to use doubletree which was like swimming in a lake it was green and nasty. Only other issue was extreme lack of snow removal. We do that for a living and would be embarrassed to have one of our sites like that.

could’ve been a little cleaner, bathroom floor had chunks of food in the corner of bathroom and hair in the shower and stubble hair in the sink from someone shaving, the fridge door needed to be wiped again a little smear, the hair and food were in between corners and I can understand how someone could miss them when cleaning but a quick double check would’ve seen it especially if you opened the door and sat down and closed the door would’ve seen it.

I have stayed here before and have always had a pleasant stay. I reserved this room for my daughter and grand-daughters for a nice get away from home. They really enjoyed their stay and especially the pool. Very nice breakfast!

We arrived after midnight. Front desk was super helpful. Left early. Beds were great. Quiet and just what we needed.

There seems to be some confusion and poor communication between employees. I called ahead of time to reserve my room and secure a shuttle and was told I had one. Then when I arrive and try to confirm the shuttle, there was no record of this. I'm told to wait to see if I have a shuttle or not and we go back and forth between "yeah no problem" and "no, there's no shuttle available" more than once. It was highly frustrating. Ultimately I got a shuttle and it was fine. Another issue: I needed to sleep during the day after Lasik surgery. I booked 2 nights for this reason and was charged for 2 nights. However, at 11:30 I am woken up and told I only have one night. Despite charging me for 2 nights, only one night was booked in the system somehow. I was offered to check in for another night but at that point I was awake with a low likelihood of getting back to sleep so I declined. I was issued a refund for the additional amount. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it was very inconvenient. I needed those hours of sleep to allow my eyes to properly heal and I didn't get them. I don't recommend staying here after Lasik, despite how convenient the location is.
