Breakfast was great, although there was nobody around.
I had asked for a tub....got a shower. But it was a nice shower.

No maid service until the third day after that every other day. Bed doesn’t get made, garbage piles up, towels are not replaced with clean ones.

The smell of the hotel and the cleanliness
My friends had to stay in my room almost until 5:00. We were exhausted after travel and had to wait for the type of room requested to be ready. We called and were told it would be available at 2:30. We had several senior citizens with us and this was a huge inconvenience as they were on walkers and canes.

Check-in was easy/efficient. Clean property, quiet and comfortable room/bedding. Great variety of breakfast foods. Loved the delicious egg bites.

There was no hot water in my room. I tried to take a shower the first night and there was no hot water. The next morning, there was not hot water. I could not take a ahower.
The maintenance man never came to fix the problem. The manager never called me back. It was a mess.

It was vey clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very noisy at night. The staff was banging and talking directly above my room into the laundry shoot at 1 am. It echoed and woke me, and loud noises outside as well.

The beds were super comfortable and check in was fast.
The indoor pool was not open and I was looking forward to sitting by the pool.

Location to the airport
The literal worst sleeping experience of my life. Throw every single one of those pillows away. Comforter is too hot. Bed is so hard. This experience would have been a solid 10 if the bed was simply better.
