once in my room all was ok. confortable bed, nice facilities in the room I had. good light, terrace and good location.

The owner tried to change my rooms in last minute and to put me in a little awful room. He apologize saying it was a mistake but being in business I have seen the technics and was not so happy. I have been in trouble opening my bedroom back to my dinner. The key code was not working... but the owner comes after my texto and open it.

Bedroom very noisy due to HVAC located in it.

I had to wait 20 minutes before anyone opened the door. The worst part was it was impossible to sleep as the people next room screaming and were on the phone all night long. The walls are paper-thin, not possible to sleep in the room.

We could hear the people in the unit connected to ours. We heard entire conversations and were worried they could hear us in the bathroom! They should really put solid/soundproof doors in the units to minimize sound transmission.

We got "the penthouse" so whole second floor was ours, including huge balcony! We really liked the size of the room, it was very spacious. Hanging out on the terrace, watching stars and planes (a lot of them to watch, but they were high enough, so it wasn't laud). The area was very calm, safe and quiet. Great place to stay!

There was only bathtub (big, but a little out-dated jacuzzi style, but without working jacuzzi itself) without option to hang the shower head on the wall. That was not a big deal, but may be to some people :) Also, be careful, the balcony is very slippery after the rain!

My sister and I only stayed for one night, but we were impressed by our host's friendliness, the house's overall aesthetic and cleanliness, and LOVED how safe the location felt.

We did not like that we could not choose our own room, but we understood as most places assign your room. We did not expect to have to pay for water. We wished we could have simply filled our water bottles up somehow, but we did not ask if this was a possbility.

Host actually waited for us upon our late arrival, although it was outside the checkin window.

The location is ok, nearby the beaches. Good parking spots in the fron of the accomodation we had.

The total price was different than presented durring the booking (there was an extra tax to be paid after arrival apart from money taken from my credit card). While I made reserwation in Eurpean Union, in my opinion the total price with tax shuld be presented and charged full from the very begining. Even if this information is shown somwhere deeper in terms and conditions of the accomodation, you may think the acomodation is cheaper while. Just to add, durring my travel between Florida and News Orleans it happend only once in this place.

location was great! the area is safe and locals friendly! we were lucky to have a veranda and the weather was great! Drank wine and smoked a cigar on the veranda. Wonderful!! Also: The coffee they provided was great. Need to find out what it was!

The room is clean, which is good.

It is located in North Bay, half an hour away from the miami beach... Asking me to pay for the tax later rather than during the booking is misguiding! If I know I would have to pay the 14% additional tax, I would not choose this place, since it took me additional $30+ to get there. If I know this earlier, I will just book another hotel...I don't like the hidden cost! Another thing is, I thought it is a hotel, but it is not, just a house. The room I had has a shared door with another room, in the bathroom...For a second, I thought that shared door is the door to get out of the bathroom, so I tried to open it. Then the guest in another room was scared and I was scared too...I didn't sleep well because of this.

Was extremely clean and well maintained.

Had a flood light outside the window and even though the blinds were completely drawn, was still like daylight inside, at night. Got very little sleep and the shower was difficult. The need better blinds to block the light outside. Also, we could not lower the air conditioning below 70 degrees-was preset and couldn't adjust it much. We were in florida, upstairs and needed a lttle more air. 69 or 68 degrees would have been sufficient.

Perfectly clean and accessible directly from the street. Easy Parking on the street facing the house. Well organized room: blankets, iron, coffee machine, fridge, microwave (all vintage style and turquoise color…) and complete bathroom supplies. Very good bed, pillows, towels and towels. Penthouse unit seems to be the best upstairs.

1. The lack of acoustic isolation of the door between the unit (next to the office) from next apartment and kitchen smell inside the room… 2. Paying everything upfront and asked to sign additional property rules after the payment… (Rules were acceptable for me, but some people may not like them…)

The house is well designed and beautiful

The staff did not speak English, communication is really poor and exhausting, not having a key or gate code to enter the door but having to contact the staff is annoying.

It's a quiet neighborhood and a very good location. Rooms are always clean and have everything you need.

There is no breakfast but the kitchen supply was enough to prepare foods.

A/C was working loudly

This is a house, not too far from the Miami airport. We stayed in the upstairs. It was clean and comfortable with a fun restaurant within walking distance. I was surprised it was a house. I didn't realize properties like this were listed on booking. I thought they only had hotels. Just surprised, but it was nice. Now I know.

It’s blue and the room we stayed in was very homey. The bed though! The bed was like sleeping in a cloud with the best pillows I have ever had! Love the bed! It’s cute, I would have liked it more if it was under $100
