The location was convenient

The room was smelly, not smoke, but a foul odor.

Quiet and clean! Great location in the St Croix Valley!

It was what we expected for an older hotel Didn't like the fee for the pool for another guest.

The pool room was crap, heated pool was crap hot tub broken, staff take for ever to check you in while they sit there and cook their food. Pool room 1 party 1 time 1 limit Like never seen that before

Not very appealing or welcoming. Not enough outlets or any charging stations like many hotels have nowadays. Refrigerator unplugged so took a long time to cool. Had to move coffee maker to another spot because not enough outlets.

We did not get the rooms that we reserved on booking.com. they were changed and price was raised. We reserved 5 rooms and asked to be put close together and we were not even on the same floor. We were charged early check in even though we were unable to check into 2 of the rooms after 4 pm. Then we were charged a late checkout , but no credit given for late check in. It was a scam! The owner changed our reservations so he could charge more money. We wanted roo.s with a couch because we were having a Christmas family get together and wanted to be able to sit somewhere other than a bed. We think this owner and his values do not meet the standards to even be on booking.com. it's sad that they are allowed to change our reservations and prices and we can't do anything about it. We couldn't even get service because he didn't have staff to work the front counter. There wasn't anyone to check us out. We couldn't get our original room rate. We will not go back!!! Nobody should go there, poor service, poor business management!!! Could only go to the pool for 1 hour for the entire group, and everyone had to go at the same time. If the adults wanted to use the hot tub later too bad because they had to go all at the same time as a group and only for 1 hour. Per day.

Bed was comfy

Hottub was cold not joking cold, they time you in the pool can't have more than one hour.. indian guy at counter is very rude
