Clean, comfortable, value for money

Way overpriced.

Firstly, the condition of the hotel was far from what we expected. Despite paying $250 for our stay, we found that the hotel appeared to be in a shabby and disreputable state. Additionally, the promised Wi-Fi service was non-functional throughout our entire stay, causing inconvenience and frustration. However, the most concerning aspect of our stay was the distressing encounter with a member of the housekeeping staff. In the morning, there was an unexpected knock on our door, and when we opened it, the housekeeping staff member immediately began shouting and using profane language towards us. Her allegation was that our 3-year-old child was making too much noise, which we believe was an unreasonable and unfounded claim. We calmly explained that we have a child and requested that she refrain from using offensive language in front of our little one. Instead of acknowledging the situation, she continued her aggressive behavior, leaving us feeling traumatized and deeply upset. The incident was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. Due to this distressing encounter and the overall unsatisfactory conditions, we felt it necessary to leave the premises immediately and seek alternative accommodations.

Updated & clean rooms

No kettle in the room, unable to provide us with one at all. That seems like a pretty basic service to offer at a hotel, I have never been to one that doesn’t have one. No wifi, got mcdonalds breakfast coupons instead. Bathroom was tiny, you couldn’t access the shower or tub with the door open. Beds were on platforms that constantly moved around. View on deck was on a side hill. Not worth the $240/night. Wouldn’t come back.

coffee maker is not clean.

Location is great, very affordable rates, budget motel vibe. Decent space for travelers looking for a no frill stay. Views are amazing all around, and this place is super close to the Skybridge attraction. Also have electric car chargers on site.

Overall room was quite clean, but bathroom and coffee maker were not. Bathroom taps/sinks could've been scrubbed down and when I opened up the coffee maker in the morning to prepare myself a cup, the water residue inside was pretty nasty. The other issue I'd be cautious about is sleeping in a ground floor unit, you will hear the renters on the top floor. The building's really old, so the floors tend to be creaky.
