Room was clean, staff pleasant. Room had problems but they rectify it by giving me a upgraded room
Room needed upgrades. Floor in bathroom was cracked missing pieces. Musty smell from AC Shower too hot/cold. But when I bought this up to the property manager they upgraded my room to a cottage and I was happy

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and it was super close to the beach and lots of restaurants !
Only thing I can think of that would have been better was if they put more pictures of the cottages online !

Cute outside. Loved how it was a short walk to the pier.
Not the cleanest hotel. Bathroom sink and shower was clean but the floor was not. Did not want to walk barefoot on the bathroom floor. Needs some updating. New flooring and a fresh coat of paint would do wonders.

Location was fabulous, far enough away, but yet not to far. Everything was walking distance. Staff was very welcoming at check in, and the cottage was CUTE! Not having to fight for parking was also a HUGE plus! Room was clean, and the bed was comfy!
Futon in the cottage could use a really good cleaning, or replacement. It smelled a little funny, and had some stains.

Location! We were very close to Old Orchard Beach and that was my goal. Booking last minute, the price was right to stay at this location.
Our room was very dirty. Air conditioning vent had 2 inches of dust on it. One queen bed frame was half broken and sunk in when you sat on it. Fridge had some mold in it. I am a well prepared person and overpack all of the time and I am so glad I packed cleaning supplies like I always do!

owners were very helpful and friendly it was a perfect location you can walk to everything you need and want to do and prices were great to stay I would rent again we had lots of fun

I found the rooms extremely small (almost claustrophobic). However, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room.

Ron was great. I got the two bedroom cottage and it was cute and cozy. Easy walk down to the pier and main attractions.

Was dated and needs major renovations. Room and bathroom were small. AC unit vents need to be cleaned along with the window in the bath. Floors were not level
