our stay was fair. not exceptionally good. but Jen is very nice and accommodating.

it’s a simple but convenient apartment. location is good, but not perfect in a place like Tagaytay. kitchen wares are complete somehow.

the sofa bed is old and my son hurt his back because of the springs or coils inside the mattress. the heater started to work on the 2nd day of our stay. TV remote control wasn’t working properly.

Malinis and Affortable

Maganda yung place, malinis and kitang kita tlaga ang view ng taal. It's good for the price. Mabilis din yung wifi nila.

Yung heater sa shower di lang sya gumagana..

I wouldn't recommend this to any of my friends 😕

The location of the apartment it has a good view of taal.

The Room is not clean, the door of the terrace was broken, we requested to swim on the pool but we were denied because the authorization was not provided to us until our last day which was not readily accepted by the guards, the bed was so thin in the living room.

Fair since it was 50% off but what if the rate is full...the room should be improved

We like the view... It is Perfect We also like the 50% discount and the availability of the property since we only booked it the same day :-)

The sofa bed maybe need to be replaced The AC was not centralized The smell of the room is quite not pleasant.

My New Year Stay!

The unit was really good and the owner is especially friendly and helpful.

The elevator on the building has a let down. I don't know what's wrong but only one seemed to work during rush hours.

Electricity is prepaid, terrible experience

Ref not working, dusty bed sheet, towels look like rags, not so clean bathroom. The electricity was out for 7 hours! From 1am to 7am! Admin said we have consumed the prepaid load balance for the electricity. Apathetic apology from the caretaker. Our child wasn't feeling well and she had to sleep through that!

Nice Stay!!! Just improve the facilities as your price is quite high...

I like the view... the very accommodating Ms. Jen...sayang late kc kami kaya nde ko sya nameet in person... the Netflix, my kids love it the most... and the room is beautiful and cozy...

The beddings in the cabinet is not that clean... No soap and dishwashing available We did not use the spoon and fork because it is not presentable for the guest The light in the balcony...there is a problem in the switch It is not quite worth the price...

Except for the registration and elevator concerns, pleasant enough stay

The Wind Residences complex is beautiful. Beyond my expectation. The view from the unit was amazing. The unit is clean.

-registration was horrible. Took too long. Line at elevator was long. Paid to check in at 200PM but got to unit almost 600PM already. There should be a solution to the registration and elevator issue. Very inconvenient for guests who may be tired from the long drive. Caretaker was rude and disrespectful.

The room was just right for a family of 4. The host was very nice and accomodating.

Pleasant

Location, climate and the taal lake view.

The room is not so clean mostly the toilet. Toilet seat missing. Toilet floor is always wet AC remote not working. Kitchen light not working. Bed sheet and pillow cover are very old including sofa bed cover. Room is very small for Four adults to sleep. Maybe 3 adults is ok. Or 2 adults and 2 small kids.

The unit has the perfect view

Elevator waiting would take 35 minute or more specially on check out time. Only 1 out of 4 elevators functioning. They're trying to control people per elevator, but they should at least make use of the other lifts. People cramped up in the lobby due to long cues...
