המיקום טיפה בעייתי במידה ומגיעים ללא רכב מרחקי הליכה של 20 דקות מהעיר ומפארק אבל יחסית קלילה
המקלחת הייתה טיפה פחות נקייה.

Everything is so perfect, that words can't describe it! Perfect location, close to the beaches, close to the old town, everything is within walking distance...free parking spots, a beautiful vibe around the place, and wonderful hosts, that helped us with all recommendations, chatted with us, really felt like home! All the recommendations for this place!

The apartments are really nice :) and the location beautiful. We traveled quite a bit around Istria and we believe Rovinj is the most beautiful city. The accommodation is midway between the city and all the beaches so kind of the perfect spot. The owners are very nice and there is a grill outside you can also use. Perhaps not ideal for parties of friends like us, because there are other apartments around with kids and so you should keep it more or less quiet in the late evening/night, but it was still nice. Overall very nice :)

Nice looking apartment. Great location, near to all beaches and town.
The apartment is very small. The owner requested to turn off the air conditioner while we were not in the apartment, although it was a heat wave, and we needed to precool the apartment to be able to sleep at night. The air conditioner was too loud to run while we were sleeping. Seagulls are very loud during the night because there is a nearby natural park, and there are many of them.

Location was perfect for the beaches in the national park where we went every day by bike. Apartment was newly furnitured, very comfy with all the necessary equipments. Hosts were very friendly, our kids loved them

A hidden gem - the listing for this property doesn't really do it justice. The property is lovely, very clean, and well equipped. The bed is large and comfortable. The shower is small but good pressure and hot water. There is a nice small terrace with a couple of chairs and table and it overlooks a small garden. The view is perhaps not as exotic as some, but for us we didn't choose the property for its view. There is a large TV (which we didn't use), plus everything you need from a very small but well thought out kitchenette. The location is great - about 15 minutes walk to the old town, or a 5 minute drive. Wifi is excellent and they have very fast 1Gbps internet as well. The hostess is lovely, and welcomed us on arrival with a tasty local drink. We enjoyed our stay, and would happily return when visiting Rovinj again - highly recommended.

everything was better than we expected. the apartments are modern, clean and actually look even better than in the photos. the location is very convenient, about halfway to the beaches and city center. very friendly hosts who try to take care of every detail. it was a fantastic stay.
maybe a dishwasher or washing machine would be helpful for a longer stay, but it's not a big inconvenience. it's really hard to find something negative.
