Vicinissimo al centro (a meno di 5 minuti) e a 50mt dal noleggio scooter. Camera pulita e molto bella, all'ultimo piano con vista sul mare e visuale sulla Portara. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Evi è stata gentilissima, ci è venuta a prendere e a portare al Porto il giorno della partenza. Ci ha spiegato ogni cosa da poter visitare sull'isola e al nostro arrivo ci ha offerto la torta al formaggio. Qualità prezzo ottimo!!

Superbe ! La chambre était très propre, très belle avec un petit balcon à l’avant. Très bien située aussi. Le petit déjeuner sur le balcon était très sympa et copieux. Excellente communication avec Sophia et early check-in très accommodant. Possibilité de laisser les affaires sur place.

Very clean, well equipped rooms. Comfortable bed and an unexpected sea view from the balcony. Also great views from the roof terrace. Location is perfect for walking to the beach but also to port and old town.
When we arrived Sophia collected us from the port and made us feel very welcome. She also gave us some excellent recommendations for things so do/see and places to eat.
Although very nicely done, the style of the property (polished/painted concrete and wooden doors with large heavy knockers) makes noise echo quite a lot. This was only an issue on our last night when some other guests were very noisy coming in/going out late at night (and reflects more on the other guests than Ampelos as the hotel does ask that guests are respectful and quiet during late hours!).

Prompt support from the hotel staffs
Shower did not function properly but when notified staff addressed the issue right away. Was not fully fixed but enough to use comfortably

The room was nicely furnished and comfortable with a small kitchenette and basic equipment. Nice balcony with sea view and a wonderful view from the roof terrace shared with other guests. Good shower and clean towels daily. We were not offered a breakfast option but catered for ourselves. The area is quiet and it should be noted that it's a 10 minute walk to town and uphill all the way back. There is no lift. Hotel staff although not much present in the reception were quick to answer our questions via text message and organized car rental for us.
Although there is a great coffee machine, we only had 3 coffee capsules for 2 people over the 4 days we were there. It would have been nice to have a couple of new ones every day.
Our booking was called a deluxe apartment but actually it's just one small room.

The mattress, bedding, pillows were very good quality.I slept very well. Design beautiful and also practical.
I was kindly picked up by Sophia from the port and later offered a transfer to the airport.

Brand new suite, very comfortable and nicely decorated.
Minor issues, I had trouble getting back into the hotel after it was locked and it was a little hard to find the lobby door.

The room was lovely, very modern furnishings and the most comfortable bed. I felt like I was floating on a cloud! Very good value for money. Sofia the host was wonderful, she collected me from the ferry wharf and dropped me off which was so helpful as I have been carting luggage around for ten weeks.
The wifi kept dropping out and as I was needing to do a lot of research and planning trips it was quite difficult. I also lost power at one stage but was able to rectify this.

Clean, attractive rooms
Next to a noisy school, building in general quite noisy even though off season. We could hear every detail of people having a bath next door.
Door handle to building was broken which made it a bit harder to get in.

We were met at the apartment by Sophia who was very obliging and helpful during our stay. The room was immaculate and cleaned daily with clean bed linen and towels every second day.
The apartment block was difficult to find but largely because of the road structure in the town.

The room was very modern, the staff very kind :) the view from the balcony was stunning! We loved our stay! The hotel is also very central, close to everything!

Nice place to stay in central Naxos with friendly and helpful staff-employees. They even provide a driver-car to pick us up from/to harbor as the property (although being centrally located) is a bit in inner neighborhoods which would have made it difficult to reach with some luggage and with children. That was really kind.
Nothing major. The rooms are a bit small - but this is an information they already provide-announce on the web & booking.com thus this does not come as a surprise. Thus while knowing it would not be fair one complains about this. However assuming this place has a bit more spacious rooms, this place could have been a perfect place to stay.

location, a few mins to the port, the room was beautiful and spacious, clean. The decor was tasteful and interesting and modern. The host was beyond helpful and accommodating!

Clean room and bathroom and comfortable beds
Lighting in the bathroom was not enough and at the veranta the lighting on the roof was damaged and left on the floor. Mosquito net was damaged.

Jo was great. Waited until almost midnight for our late arrival. She also assisted to organise a transfer from the ferry! Was very helpful showing us how to best navigate the island and provided many recommendations.

the bed was incredibly comfortable. the room had all the amenities you needed… and a drying rack which turned out to be very important. The room was beautifully and efficiently set up. the staff, especially Athena, were so kind, welcoming and helpful. i would recommend it to friends.
it was difficult to get to by car. which is no fault to the property, it’s a city designed before cars!

there was a little problem with the wc, and the bed was too soft, we didn’t sleep very well
