Outside looked great until you went into the room
Door lock was broken, room not kept, room looked like it was falling apart, room smelled molded, a much needed cleaning and upgrade

I like the Hotel and their installations that’s why I stay in wood springs most of the time.
The stuff people On the front desk there is an Afro American woman that her actitud is disgusting we are like a hundred Latino workers there that don’t speaks English and she seems to have racist actitud against us always screaming at us when we need something from

Great location for concert venue which was the Speedway 500. Situated 6 miles from the actual beach but if you do your homework you'd know this already. The accommodation was basic & was at full capacity for the weekend we were there which was fine. You get what you pay for. Monday came & we saw some shady looking characters. They looked like drug addicts if I'm honest & if we'd seen them on our first day I wouldn't have felt comfortable there.
Smell of weed even though there's signs in the room to say no smoking 🚭 and no weed.

The hotel room floor was dirty and I saw 4 live cockroaches during my one night stay. The air conditioner was internally leaking very loudly all night, producing a drop every second making it very difficult to sleep. I witnessed another guest come asking for help with a leaky air conditioner and the lady at the front desk said “Maintenance isn’t here until tomorrow, do you want a mop?”
The bathroom was also not up to my expectations for a $300 one night stay. Woodspring doesn’t even have complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash, and the tub smelled like bleach. Doesn’t come with a blow drier either.
Lastly, please don’t rent this hotel if you’re here for a race. Get something better that’s closer to the track!

Tub was clogged, toilet tank had water running all night. Table edge is coming off. Complain didnot fix anything.

Kitchenette was a good addition. It was close to my work site. Cooking in room saved a ton. Price was decent. Staff was helpful and on site laundry was convenient.
Light in bathroom could have been fixed quickly but I went and bought a bulb myself. Had to cancel 1 day stay out of 5 and wasn't reimbursed .

We were able to check in early.
The property was dirty. the hallway was flooded with what I’m assuming was a toilet that overflowed into the hallway. It stained the carpet and they had a fan blowing the nasty smell everywhere. My room had the stench. my sheets were stained. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The toilet was broken and moved every time I sat. The door was broken, the sink was stained. The floor in the room was sticky. The AC had a funky smell. The housekeeping lady knocked on my door at 9am asking what day I was checking out. she then came back 30min later asking what time I was leaving when check out is at 11am.
