The location was great. We were so close to the beach but I have to say me and my mom had the hardest time climbing up the stairs. This spot was great for us other wise. Other then some odds and ends the on call maintenance took care of. Could use a little TLC and it would be the perfect place. Thank you we had a blast at paradise at last.

The location was great and peaceful area.
The tv in the main bedroom only offered the Spanish channel. The seasonings in the kitchen expired in 2020. The shower on the floor level where you park has a busted pipe.

They need to change the living room chairs, also no bathroom foot mate and the TV internet keeps cutting off and on.

I enjoyed my stay w my family... we are a grilling family and the propane pit was a bit rusty and no propane. We had a charcoal pit but we couldn't grill on premises so we did it at the beach... made the best of it! Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

The view was nice as well as the balcony breeze
There were patches on the walls getting repaired there were ants on the beds some doors were off and placed on the side there wasn’t an outdoor grill as they said and while cooking the vent for the smoke wasn’t working so there was smoke while cooking and also beds were really loud and squeaky everything else was fine.

There might be mold in the kitchen and in the main bathroom (by the tub)

There was no good AC, and when we got there most of appliances weren’t cleaned. We couldn’t sleep without sweating.
