View is amazing! You could forgive all other minuses because of that view :) Car is a must! We liked the location as it was quiet, but if you want beach promenade, bars, restourants and other activities by hand - pick another place. Apartment is very basic, but kitchen has almost everything you could need during your stay (paper towels, salt pepper etc). Also washing mashine is a plus!

There were no sunbeds near the pool. We asked Alba (lady that welcomed us in that apartment) if there are any - she said no. Meaning you can swim but you cannot sunbath near the pool. Pity.

Nice flat in a nice building. Amazing view and exterior lift. Good parking and wifi. Quiet. Very easy check in and out.

Not as big as advertised. Around 70/80 m2 inside? 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.

The view from the 25th Floor apartment was Brilliant and Montse, the Host, was unbelievably helpful. We needed her assistance twice and she was there to help us like a shot. See below for our comments, none of which were/are the fault of our Host!

First of all the 24/7 automatic lighting system for the Hall and Lounge was horrendous (came on everytime you moved and went off if you sat/stood still!!!) Take some sellotape and stick a piece of paper over the sensors which is what we did an hour after getting there. The bedding was ancient, the 2 seater settee was as old as me (and I'm retired) and the cutlery didn't really exist - 3 dinner knives of which 1 was broken!!! I would hate to have been in part of a party of 4 adults as there was insufficient seating for 4 adults to relax, or watch TV, unless 2 sat at the dinner table. Moreover, the coffee table' was quite dangerous as it was glass topped and one of the legs was broken. The 'place' was for sale (we were asked, and agreed, to allow a potential buyer to view) and obviously the Property Owner was therefore not interested in spending money to keep the place up to date. The Apartment was on the 25th Floor of a Skyscraper Building and there were no Fire or Emergency Evacuation Instructions to hnd, no Fire Extinguishers or even simple Tourist Guides-Notes on the Area etc. which I find unbelievable. It appears to have a Holiday Let License; however, in Andalucia such guides, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Blankets and Emergency Evacuation Procedure Instructions are a must! We actually live in Southern Spain and it was our first visit to Benidorm which we thoroughly enjoyed - we actually drove there so we had our car to get around and we visited many places, all of which were really great. We also went to the Dinner Show at the Benidorm Palace which was really good value and the Show was excellent - a must for anyone who is visiting Benidorm. Be warned, parking in the street is the usual Spanish nightmare but if you use the well signed underground parking facilities it really is easy to get around. We plan to visit again but we will definitely chose a different Apartment.
