Cortijo situado en la ruta de los pueblos blancos, rodeado de campos de cereales y olivares donde poder disfrutar de paz y tranquilidad en plena naturaleza.
Antiguo molino de aceite reformado, situado en una finca agrícola en explotación, con animales: perros y caballos. Reformada en el 2016 con unas impresionantes vistas tanto hacia el pueblo de Arcos de la Frontera como al pantano de Guadalcacín.
Situado a 1 km del campo de golf Arcos Garden es el alojamiento perfecto para familias o grupos de hasta 10 personas.
La casa dispone de un gran salón con chimenea al que se integra una moderna cocina completa con placa de inducción, lavavajillas y todas las comodidades.
La casa principal cuenta con un gran salón, tres dormitorios dobles y dos cuartos de baño y junto a ella se encuentra un cómodo apartamento adicional que consta de dormitorio, cuarto de baño y sala de estar en la con una cama nido para dos personas.
Asimismo, en el jardín se sitúa la piscina, un patio andaluz y porche cubierto.
Situada a unos 6 kilómetros del centro histórico del pueblo y a 30 kilómetros del aeropuerto de Jerez. En sus proximidades se pueden encontrar una gran variedad de ventas típicas de la zona, restaurantes, bares de tapas y supermercados donde cubrir todas sus necesidades durante las vacaciones.
En la propiedad y en alojamiento independiente vive un guarda de la finca.
La temporada de piscina es del 1 de mayo al 30 de septiembre.

Previously an olive oil mill, it has been renovated in 2016 and has stunning views both towards the village of Arcos de la Frontera and the Guadalcacín water reservoir.
Located 1 km away from Arcos Garden Golf Course is perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people. The house has a large living room with a fireplace where a full modern kitchen with induction hob and all the necessary amenities is integrated.
The main house contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms and next to it there is a comfortable additional apartment with a bedroom, a bathroom and a cozy wherthe sofa can be converted into two single beds. Located about 6 kilometers from the historic town center and 30 kilometers from Jerez airport. In the vicinity you can find a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and all the shops where you will be able to find anything you may need during your holidays.
Please note that a caretaker lives on the estate in an independent house. He has his own private entrance and does not use any of the guest areas,
The swimming pool will be open from May 1st to September 30th

This is a very comfortable house, within easy driving distance of excellent places to visit.
Communication with the proprietor was great. The house is well equipped, has a great pool and beautiful views. There was plenty of space for 8 people.

Excellent facilities, house, garden and pool all very enjoyable. Spacious accommodation, and all modern conveniences. Fabulous views across open country, spent much time relaxing in the garden.
A few issues to mention but none major.
Showers were difficult to regulate, ranging from cool to scolding in only a few seconds.
Garden was frequented by 2 , ‘Jack Russell’ type dogs that messed in the garden front and back. No big deal but we are always careful about cleaning up after our own dog, and having another dog fouling the garden was unpleasant.
We found a few glasses were chipped or cracked. (Left them aside for replacing!)
There is a large pot plant in the living room that seemed to have its own ant’s nest. Fortunately they seemed to confine themselves too the pot and plant.
All above negatives need to be considered in context, overall an enjoyable stay in an outstanding property. Would recommend and happily make a return visit.

Traveled here with our 3 children and my wife's parents. We had a wonderful time and Toni was a very gracious Host. She went out of her way to help arrange a horse ride with the kids and the location and property is simply spectacular. Thanks again for a wonderful time!
