room was extremely small no windows in room no circulation of air. room has a distinct smell of wetness air conditioner was also stinking

I had selected breakfast for my family while booking the room, but hotel denied to offer the same. When I complained to your Booking.com customer care, I got the call from Singapore & asked to wait. Me & my family had to leave hotel without any food. There was no resolution provided by your customer care... Really disappointed.

Different nd very poor rooms were given.They were saying that they can't give good rooms at such price...If we want same rooms as shown in pics they were asking for more money...Completely disappointed.Never gonna book oyo hotels again

upon doing booking through Booking.com hotel management refused to accept the booking due to price quoted by booking.Com was less then hence they refuse to accept me.
