The place is quite and the room was very clean. The owners were very polite. I am happy with the stay.

The owner of the hotel is very kind, she offered me coffee and cookies in the morning and wanted to take me in her car to the bus stop to the center, the other bus stop is in front of the hotel. The view from the room is very nice. The hotel is clean and also has a spa area, where you can take a sauna.

Room is so clean and all is new, perfect balcony with nice view.Private parking, pleasent stuff, bathroom is state of the art, it has elevator, and that is amazing
I dont like name, it says Panorama Spa, but spa does not work, even on property pictures there is spa present.It would be nice that property write description when spa is openen, on what time of the year

The hotel is good value for money. It's within walking distance to the center of Ouranopolis. The host was friendly and welcomed us with a bottle of wine.
The hotel charged my card three times by mistake, in three different occasions. I really cannot understand how is that possible. You don't want that to happen because the refund process lasts very long (two weeks, and maybe even more).
