We loved our stay at “Seas the Day”! The location was unbeatable, so close to everything on Commercial St and right on the water. The decor was so cute and beachy, comfy bed, a nice space for a couple to share. My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay and Alan was so welcoming!

We had an amazing time! The location was awesome. My husband swam in the beach front every day! We rented bicycles and biked out to the ocean side beaches through the dunes !!!! A MUST!!!! If you can please consider, it was the highlight of the weekend! We had dinner at Sals place and Ciroa and Sals…. Two of the most highly recommended restaurants by locals! Five stars all around! This is my favorite part of Commercial Street, and this condo is amazing!
Most important: it is super clean. Also, it felt like coming home in many ways. The premium toilet paper(!) and plush towels, appliances, spices and condiments, hangers in the closet, large drawers, modern blinds, and so many details added up to an enjoyable stay. The decor is cheerful, and it felt like every single thing in the place was chosen thoughtfully. The dedicated parking space is like gold in Ptown.
I was given thorough check-in and check-out instructions, wifi and garbage info. Keyless entry was easy and convenient.
I worked remote the entire week, and I never had any wifi glitches - just an incredibly beautiful view of Cape Cod Bay from my kitchen table. I can't say enough good about this place. The owner so clearly loves their condo and strives to provide a lovely experience.
I just loved this slice of Heaven and valued my time there!

For our 2nd visit in Provincetown, we rent this place because we knew where in the town we wanted to stay. Alan's place was located at the best location possible, really clean, and much more cosy than any hotel room I rented this year. Despite the small footprint (as usual for most Provincetown appartments), the appartment had everything we could ever need for a stay (especially in the kitchen !) Small details around the appartment made the difference between a good and a really great stay (dimmers everywhere, charging station etc.) I will definitely strongly consider going back to the same place soon, thank you Alan ! :-)

This condo is perfection! We are frequent visitors to Ptown and have stayed in many different types of accommodations. This condo is particularly wonderful due to its fantastic location in town and it’s proximity to the water / beach access. The condo itself is clean, thoughtfully equipped, and tastefully decorated. The space has been utilized very well and you have everything you need for a short or long stay. We would definitely return to this property in the future! My husband and I came to town for SpookyBear and I couldn’t have been happier with this property. The place was super cute and Alan really has included everything someone could possibly need in a home away from home, from utensils to emergency supplies to condiments. The property was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The unit is smartly furnished, making good use of the limited space. I’d definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location! You couldn’t ask for better. Plus, the unit had everything I hadn’t brought but needed (French press coffee pot, good WiFi signal, a hairdryer). The keyless lock system is a dream.

Delightful week at "Seas the Day"
We're 40-year veterans of Ptown and have been staying at the same East-End cottage for many years. That cottage is no longer available, so we decided to give "Seas the Day" a try.
Location is much closer to the center of town that we are used to, but any concerns we had about potential noise were completely unfounded. We enjoyed a peaceful week. Beach access is immediate, and the deck facilities are excellent. The apartment is fully equipped.
We highly recommend this property for Ptown lovers everywere. We plan on returning next year.

Perfect location in Provincetown!
Enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day. We were able to walk to a lot of great restaurants and shops in town and even walked to the causeway one day. Condo was small but nice - perfect for us. Loved the views from the large decks on the property. If we're ever back in this area, I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in P-Town
This is the third time we've stayed at this property and it is always a great place to relax. It is also near the center of town, so very convenient to shops, restaurants, and all local attractions. The best thing about the place is the deck right on the edge of the harbor. You can spend many peaceful hours just watching the tied go in and out.

Little Piece of Paradise in Provincetown
This is a wonderful efficiency apt. with parking! Cheerful, spotless and everything you might need. The location in the center of very welcoming Provincetown is perfect. Excellent restaurants, galleries, and fun stores all within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the community deck overlooking the sand beach and Provincetown Harbor. Friendly condo community. Very near the Provinceland bike trails. Communication with Alan excellent. We will definitely be back to this great apt and welcoming friendly community.
