Location is very good right at the harbor with all the good restaurants bar very nearby! Nice that there was a washing machine and the basic things in the kitchen (salt peber, oil etc).

The apartment had an odd ability to always be hotter than the outside no matter what we did. And it can be very noisy there if there is people on the streets - and there is a bell tower that you can hear very clear in the apartment.

Photographs cannot possibly capture the true beauty of this apartment; it is incredibly spacious with very high ceilings (and powerful ceiling fans!), beautifully finished and appointed, and in the most convenient, central location you can imagine. ALL of my friends in Lerici (all of whom are far wealthier than me, and most of whom have homes there) were envious of the flat and amazed that I was able to find such a place!

The only thing that I can really say that is at all negative is that it doesn't have aircon, but, I mean...it's Europe. You can't assume a place is going to have it...the ceiling fans made it very comfortable at night, and I had absolute no trouble sleeping. (the bed is also extremely comfortable, which made falling asleep easy!)

The apartment is perfectly located in the city center with nice restaurant around in this lovely village. Furthermore, the host Stefania and the apartment itself are very lovely.

The parking for the car is far away and requires some effort to get all the things in the apartment, parking is 10€ per day and increases the overall rather higher price.

Our 3rd stay in this apartment and won't be our last! A charming host,lovely clean apartment with many thoughtful extras...all in a great location.Thank you for a wonderful stay!
