Was a nice and spacious apartment, clean and tidy with the supermarket just around the corner and plenty of restaurants nearby, the beach was a 5 minute walk with the sun out everyday, will book again next year.

I have visited Calpe many times since 1983, but mainly stayed with friends in The Jalon valley. However, this visit I needed to stay in rented accommodation. I found the Damara apartment rented from Amanda Palmer via Home Away satisfied my every requirement,close proximity to all facilities,restaurants,shops and only 5 minutes from the lovely beach. The apartment is well equipped and the air conditioning was more than welcome in temperatures ranging from 29 to 35 degrees,unusual for this time of year.i hope to return in the not too distant future. Lovely spacious well equipped apartment in a very good location, easy to get to beach and restaurants and the old town. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment, the owners were very helpful as we had an early flight and wanted to get in early which they arranged for us. You can actually see the rock from the balcony. If we ever go back to Calpe we will definitely use this apartment

The property is spacious and well equipped. It is a short walk to the beach, supermarket and the old town. Despite being central the apartment was quiet as it located on the 8th floor. I would have no trouble recommending this property.

My family and I recently enjoyed a holiday to Calpe in this apartment. The owners directions were accurate and easy to follow. The apartment was spacious, clean,well equipped and a real home from home. There was even a washing machine which was a bonus and my son enjoyed the Disney channel. Location was perfect. Fantastic supermarket just down the road, a large selection of restaurants and the beach was perfectly situated at the end of the road which took only a few minutes to walk to. Amanda, the owner was very helpful and replied promptly to any questions. Overall, I would recommend this apartment and plan to return again with my family.

The whole process was well managed and we received clear instructions on how to find the apartment. The property was clean, well equipped and felt like a home rather than just a holiday let. From the balcony you could see over Calpe to the hills towards Moraira, which gave beautiful sunrise views, and you can also see the rock and the sea. The apartment is in the main high street so with that comes traffic noise, but on the top floor this wasn't a problem. All rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, although some extra towels would have been great. We had a lovely 10 days and would definitely return to this property.

On the main street, we had a very comfortable stay. Five minutes from everything - perfect. We had no problems at all and would like to stay here in the future.

This is in a lovely location and very well equipped, the fans were very much used when we stayed in August, the owners were very helpful to, the only downside was I couldn't find the hairdryer which I discovered wasn't where it should be when I had wet hair 30 minutes before leaving for the airport! A fantastic stay though and hope to return,

The apartment was clean and welcoming. The only thing I thought could be better was the towels. The kitchen was well equiped but with so many bars and restaurants on your door step there was no need to cook. The apartment location was great as central to the shops, bars and restaurants with so much choice it was hard to decide where to eat first. The beach was just a few minutes walk away and you could see the sea from the balacony which was a great size you could sit and watch the town of Calpe go by. Would definatley use this apartment when traveling to Calpe again.

It was all very clean. The apartment was in perfect situation and well condicionated.

We (2 adults,2 teens) had a lovely 3 night stay at this apartment July 2016. The position is fantastic . so close to the beach and restaurants both literally a minutes walk away, there are also lots of nice shops ,supermarket and cash machine within a few feet ! The apartment is on the top floor ( there is a lift) allowing wonderful views of the sea and the main street which is great for people watching of an evening. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need, we didn't cook but there was a wide range of pans and tools if you wished to do so. The washing machine was a bonus as was the safe for which there was no extra charge. There is a T.V and a great sound system with a variety of media should you need them. The apartment is clean and functional , the mattress covers could do with updating but we only noticed that as we arrived during the apartment being prepared for us, there are a couple of other little bits like updating the kettle, but to be honest that would be nit picking because Calpe is a wonderful resort and there is much to do here rather than examining every crevice of your apartment ;-) There are so many restaurants and bars to choose from, we tried a few ,all were much the same with a variety of local dishes ,pizzas, pasta etc. on offer Many of the seafront bars have happy hours on cocktails which is good if there are a few of you as they can work out quite expensive otherwise. The Salinas is within walking distance where you can see Flamingo in their natural habitat which was quite enchanting on a hot, sunny day. The owners daughter that we dealt with could not have been nicer or more helpful before, during and after our stay. Overall we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.
