The villa we stayed is was amazingly beautiful and quiet.
from the second room balcony we could see the river and the elephants walking in it.
the restaurant is also situated on a river lookout and it is great sitting in the evening eating and having the elephants waking there.
the stuff were amazing. each time we left the villa someone came, clean, fold laundry and even started a laundry machine for us.
its a shame we came in the winter since we could not use the pool.
with the pool would be heated for winter travelers :-)

So initially I was booked for a 2 night stay but needed staying for 5 this was how awesome the place was. I stayed in 3 different houses all of them were beautiful and different each house has its own character and charm. Very tranquil and peaceful

We would appreciate gowns and sleepers added in the main and 2nd bedroom..

The staff were exceptional. From the security on arrival, Patience at reception who couldn’t do enough for us and Noel the chef. Everyone was not only highly trained but so pleasant to deal.

Breakfast at the boma could be served earlier than 9am to suit families with young kids who wake early and need to eat sooner.

EVERYTHING about the location, Property, elephants coming close to our property.
Loved the fact that there was backup (solar) for all the lights and never had to stay in the dark.
Enjoyed our stay!!
We all didn't like the food served at the boma dinner. Perhaps look into getting a new chef for the restaurant or someone with a passion for cooking. On our way back from the restaurant, we came across elephants. Perhaps have the safari vehicle fetch us from our villa to the restaurant and back because the driver would know what to do and what not to do when the elephants are on the road for like 20minutes.
We ordered firewood but had to drive to reception. Would have been nice to get everything delivered to our Villa.
The host can probably look into making sure some plugs work, mainly for charging phones during loadshedding.

The property was well appointed and clean, it had everything we needed
The management did not enforce their rules on ensuring a pleasant noise free experience. The lodge next door was holding a rowdy party when we arrived. The lodge rules clearly state residents must not impinge on others experience. We informed management On numerous occasions but action was lacking. Would not book again for this reason alone

The rooms we are incredibly beautiful. The Villa we stayed in had 4 bedrooms which were the same so no debates around who gets which room. The Villa had absolutely everything we needed and more. Loved everything about it, gorgeous views, stunning villa, great service with the game drive. Our driver was brilliant.
