Firstly, the view is spectacular. I loved all the facilities : swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness area, entertainment area and I'm sure the cinema is also great (we did not use it). The breakfast is delicious and it includes a great variety of foods and drinks. Secondly, everything is so well organized, starting with the music devices all over the place and ending with the deck and the boats, that you can use to explore the lake. The room is very nice, clean and if you choose a room with a lake view, you will not regret it!

Nice personal, clean room, very good food

Every room doesn't have balcony... though the view is awesome from the hotel. It's a very big shame that you can't just sit out and admire the lake and the mountains in your own intimacy. If you go down you just can't relax because of the tourists who come to the hotels restaurant. It has no elevator. .

The view

The wind come into the room through the window. The restaurant was more like a lunch space for workers, very loud and the waiters were cleaning the forks at another table. Zero hospitality.

The people are great! Anything you need, they are there for you. Food is great also! Seemed a bit expensive, but nothing to comment about the quality. Just perfect. Location: AMAZING! Spa: just great! You need to visit this place. Owners of the place are super nice people!

The bathroom did not seem super clean. The toilet bowl had a ... pubic hair on it and there was a broken vase for the tooth brushes. Couldn’t see the reason why it was left there on the sink since it was broken. Also, in the robe that I used to go to the SPA, I found in the pocket some used napkins. That told me that the robe hasn’t been washed before. That was disappointing. Parking spots are a bit tight and I did not appreciate that there are people parking behind your cars somehow that if you want to rear out of the parking lot makes it rather hard.
