The Space, location and the serenity.

Was disappointing that heating in the spa didn’t work.

The space was fantastic, the house was more than comfy for a big family Christmas which included 7 grandkids. Lovely area also for quiet time, as well as big areas for everyone to be together either outside by the pool or inside the air conditioned family areas on those really hot days. Lots of space for the kids to be kids...and the air con in the bedrooms was wonderful for those hot nights.

The kitchen tap needed to be replaced as it kept falling over... Wifi not that great in most parts of the house. For the amount charged there needed to be a few changes...the smaller house smelt quite old and stale and throughout the whole property the furniture needs to be updated...

Location was a bit out of town so nice and quiet

Had trouble getting the key code but staff were very good and we sorted it out.

The location was excellent, country living but so close to the beach. The pool was sensational and don’t even get me started on the serenity and beautiful outlook. Peace and quiet with all the amenities. Perfectly suited to a large family or group of friends.

Could have done with a slightly better clean before we arrived (especially in the older wing of the house). The garden entrance could do with some attention befitting the rest of the property if we are picking holes in an otherwise awesome property.

Was fantastic place for large families and the space was amazing

The property was huge and great for extended families!! It was so beautiful and there were lots of wild life around including birds, Kangaroos and a sweet miniature horse that came over for visits regularly 😊
