A very large and content-rich resort in the lagoon of the newly built part of El-Alamein. The spacious and well-equipped rooms are very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We stayed in the off-season, so many services were not available, but this did not diminish the good impression and experience of this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Even if they don't speak English well, they will try to accommodate your requests. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. In the evening, it is pleasant to take a walk around the really large hotel complex, especially along the waterfront of the marina.

Since the hotel is highly categorized, we were surprised by the impossibility of ordering wine and beer. The offer of drinks could be better and richer.

no facilities at winter at all .. no drinks included in meals even tea you need to pay for that

staff was so decent and friendly, food has many varieties and delicious, they surprised me and upgraded my room to junior suit which was really a wonderful surprise. Animation team is friendly, and do their best to have all residents happy with fun activities, my son was so happy with foam party and night show. I previously visited Porto resort 5 times and I can see huge improvements in comparison to other times. I will definitely come again.

there was no snacks between meals, no drink machines during lunch and dinner and you have to ask man bar every time you need a drink which was uncomfortable specially the book was all inclusive, i hope if you can review this point.

الموظفين كلهم كانوا فى غاية الترحاب و اللطف بلا استثناء. حابب أشكر شخصيًا السيد وليد صلاح، اللى كان متعاون جدا وكريم فى خدماته. الأكل كان دايما متنوع و لذيذ. الغرفة كانت نظيفة وواسعة بشكل استثنائى، مع إطلالة رائعة على البحر. الوصول للفندق كان سهل، وهو قريب جدًا من معظم الخدمات والنزهات. الشاطئ كان جميل ومليان بالموسيقى والأنشطة الحيوية. كل حاجة فى الفندق....كل التفاصيل على أعلى مستوى من الفخامة والاحتراف.

فى الحقيقة ولا حاجة....كل حاجة فى الفندق كانت رائعة !!
