Amazing place! Quiet, clean and perfectly located! Great, friendly owner and, as usual, perfect weather. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended. It's our third time in Croatia, so I know which place is worth a good recommendation! This definitely is!

The location of this hotel is just in the entrance of Pakkenica National Park. The price is pretty reasonable, and the owner is hospitable. Also they offer laundry service which is really helpful.

This was the 2nd time we spent here. It tells everything! :) Recommended to nature lovers, and the ones who like the see and the mountains to be both nearaby.

Just small technical things to mention. The center darin in the bathroom was not filled up by water, which resulted it smelly. After filling it up, the problem solved. The DHCP server on the WIFI network was not working. (sorry, I am a network engineer : ) )

Great location for walkers as the apartment is right by the entrance to the national park, and 15 minutes from shops and restaurants. After finishing a long hike it was amazing having the apartment just around the corner. The host was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed, and helped sort out an airport transfer for us with short notice. Stunning views of the mountains around the apartment. Very clean and tidy, the room had plenty of extra towels, and facilities to make a quick meal which was great. There was a fridge, microwave and kettle. Large bathroom. Great air conditioning, was much needed. Going back, I would stay in one of the larger apartments with a kitchenette, but the one we stayed in definitely met our needs.

Completely out of the host's control, but the stray cats were a bit irritating as they kept trying to get into the apartment. Would have liked more shade on the terrace as we found the parasols were hard to put up. A place to dry clothes outside would have come in handy.

Everything. Amazing place with good hospitality. The rooms are very clean with fantastic view from the balcony.

Great location - last property before Paklenica National Park - minutes walk from park entrance. 15min walk to beaches. 5-10min walk from big "Tommy" supermarket. Balcony with beautiful views over the mountain Beach had views over the mountains Great hiking and climbing trails on the doorstep Big room Owner "Marin" was helpful and booked me a taxi back to the airport at the end of my stay The cleaning lady was so friendly and helpful and even let me wash my hiking clothes!

Wifi didn't work. Fortunately I had good 4g signal, but wifi would have been nice to save phone data. Ants in my room No safe in room for valuables which would have been nice to prevent carrying passport around etc Poor public transport connections from Starigrad - I tried for example to book a trip to Plitvice Lakes however this was impossible from Starigrad as no transport to get there. I would recommend hiring a car to stay in Starigrad. Expensive taxi to Zadar airport The owner Marin was difficult to get hold of via booking.com messaging, however he was brilliant at replying via whatsapp

Perfect place if you’re planning to visit Paklenica park. Host very polite, straight to the point, got us checked in in no time and explained all the details.

Termites/small ants in the room, communal terrace with other guests outside smoking, room service barging in to the room five minutes before the checkout time and looking very unhappy with us still packing our last bags.
