The lift was working which was good as our room was on the 5th floor. The staff were on hand when needed. The staff allowed me to borrow a UK/EU mains adapter. Close to Gare du Nord station.

We booked a family room but were told it wasn't available with no other explanation or prior notice. We are a husband, wife and 2 teenage daughters. The rooms they offered were a double and twin room which as my daughters did not want to stay in the same room it meant we had to split apart and have it my wife with one daughter in the double and me with the other daughter in the twin. We were not given prior notice of this until we arrived so it did not allow us to cancel the booking and book a family room elsewhere. Very disappointed. The photos of the hotel show it as a very large building but in reality it is a small slither within the large block.

Close to the train station

The lift looks scary as it does not close properly as it travels upwards. Some of the pillowcases was dirty and looks like it was not washed.

The room was too small but clean. Staff was very friendly. I didn't like the room as it was very noisy and very small for a family room. Breakfast was served very limited.

Spacious room with a bath and a proper double bed instead of the two single beds.

Very friendly staff and room had everything we needed for a 4 nights stay. The breakfast was also very good. It's perfect location if your arriving into Paris from gare de nord

Rooms are alittle small and can feel cramped But not the end of the world

Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. Beds were pretty comfortable too. Location is convenient to the Eurostar train station

Had a mouse in the room at night. Bathroom was very small and almost physically impossible to use the toilet. Location is far away from most tourist attractions, about 25-30 minutes by metro or Uber.

Small room. Seen better days. Transparent toilet door. No curtains in bathroom. Impossible to block out street noise and light. Expected better from Best Western and for that price.

Comfortable bed, room had balcony

Breakfast room was extremely small and squashed with very limited offerings. The rooms are small but functional, however poor insulation means you can hear conversations in other rooms. Tiny shower. Wifi was very patchy
