The staff were very attentive and the food was great. We stayed in the hotel at the lower end of the street and although we visited the hotel further up the road, we did not stay long! It was definitely value for money and does not warrant the amount of negative comments.

Not very much. The hotel we booked was not the building we stayed in. The room was ok but very dated. Breakfast was adequate. Dinner was basic and not very nourishing. I felt sorry for anybody on All In.

This hotel is old and needs serious renovation. The noise level in the hotel is unbearable especially from unruly clients who return late at night and think shouting and using fowl language to be acceptable. On one occasion police were called and two males were ejected.

Breakfast was really good and free WiFi during the stay. You get what you pay for.

Beds are uncomfortable, walls are like paper, can hear EVERYTHING ( and I mean everything!) could even hear the person next door when they were brushing their teeth! Basic food as expected, every time I ordered a drink from the bar it had black bits in, didn’t have the same problem from the restaurant though. So maybe a dirty drinks machine ? Cleaners start around 8:30 and are not quiet about it. Other guests are loud and there were two fights which broke out whilst we stayed there. If you are going to party and only want it as a place to lay your head, perfect hotel. Or if you are on an budget it is great.

No parking, so You should park in the city where is a problem to find parking places.

I was charged twice at reception. There was rude staff and no good customer service.

The part of the hotel further up the hill is very lively with guests taking advantage of the all-inclusive offer. It was clean and rooms were comfortable enough. Breakfast was a good mix of cooked, continental and cereal/fruit options. The reception/bar staff were always friendly, and the cleaning staff were very quick to correct any mistakes, such as when we didn't have any towels. The pool and bar areas were very lively. Great for people-watching! Location was good for getting to beach (7 minute walk).

There aren't enough sunbeds or chairs around the pool and the sunbeds seem to quickly get used up by people reserving them with towels and then disappearing for hours. Would be good if staff could keep an eye on this and let others use them rather than them having to stand around or sit on the floor. The rooms are not soundproof, and it gets quite loud at night with guests partying until quite late.

Large bedroom and bathroom,exellent air con.Good breakfast plenty of choice english or continental.New linnen bed covers etc nice large terrace to sunbathe.

Basic accommodation in a good spot. Staff were friendly and as a base for a cycling holiday it worked perfectly - very good value. Good shower with everything nice and clean.

As others have said the rooms are very small - nowhere to sit other than on the tightly packed beds. Breakfast was plentiful but the cooked foods were pretty awful. There are 2 buildings for this hotel, we stayed in the lower part and the pool was tiny so don’t expect luxurious sunbathing surroundings.

The breakfast was inexpensive and had a lot of choice. Lots of fresh fruit and plenty of breads, cold meat and cheeses. The hot breakfast selection looked quite greasy but there was a lot of options. The price for 2 adults for one night was around €50. Honestly, this hotel was not worth any more than that in my opinion.

The parking is a joke. Both myself and my daughter have a disability and the free car parking is at the top of the very steep winding road and along another street behind residential houses. Totally inaccessible to either of us. The car park adjacent to the hotel has 24hr security but cost me €26 for the night. The toilets for the reception area and bar are also down very steep winding stairs and are always full of puddles as they are also used by those using the swimming pool. The room was very small, not much room to move in the bathroom. Perfectly ok for an overnight stop but had we been staying any length of time it would not have been a comfortable stay. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have used on holiday ever. We stayed at the hotel for our evening meal. A buffet style layout in the dining room. It did look good. There is water and wine included in the price but soft drinks were extra. The lamb was not cut very well, tiny pieces of bone throughout. The fish was brick hard, like it was cooked a day before and under a hot lamp for 24 hours. I couldn’t even cut it with a knife, nor break it with my two hands! The pasta and leftover paella was cold. The diced potato was nice but greasy. The food is basically on par with a cheap all inclusive package holiday.

Not recommended for light sleepers. You can hear all the noises from the hallway, including what people are talking(which is not fun at 6:30 AM) Old building & doors probably. Also the beds were horrible. Very uncomfortable and hard.
