The hotel us amazing and very luxurious with it's theme wich take you to the golden Old days of Akexandria. The location is in the center make the access to many attractions very easy. The staff is very polite and helpful. I am sure it will be my choice in all coming visits to Alex.

Having no car parking in the property however Valle service is available but it is very slow to get your car.

A very impressive hotel with many original features. The many staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The original elevator is impressive, but if you get the timing wrong, it can take a while for it to be available. We watched it go up and down several times before it stopped for us on the 3rd floor, when we were waiting to go up to the restaurant for our evening meal. The rooftop restaurant has good views of the coastline. Our room was large but a bit dark, as the shutters couldn't be accessed to let in more light. There were very few power sockets, and none that were really accessible. A simple extension lead with a mix of standard and usb sockets would have been welcomed. We didn't have the room cleaned (not needed in a 2 night stay imho) but we were still asked to rate the service that we hadn't actually used.
