The place was perfectly clean and quiet. Excellent quality bed, good shpwer, well-equipped kitchen which helped us a lot.
The staff, Lamine and Salima, were exceptionally went above the standard to help us when our car broke down after check out. They even went to the nearby garage to bring a merchanic to fix the problem and stayed wirh us to make sure we are ok until we left. Truly a hero! Thank you very very much!
I would highly recommend this hotel. They look after you!

We made the reservation remotely for our staff by credit card. Accommodation could not be made when our personnel were informed that they could not receive payment by remote card on the day of accommodation and that they had to pay cash at the facility. Saying that he could not collect from the credit card, the hotel collected the payment from the card even though there was no accommodation. The e-mail account I sent to the hotel through booking is not even active. Our emails are back. Both the interview with our staff and the returned e-mails are documented. a full scam story and we will report it wherever necessary.

Not far from public transport - 5 min walk to tram line and bus stops to Luis Pradel Hospital and city centre in the other direction. Easy walk to the team stop for Lyon Part Dieu train station. Near local nice bakery for fresh 🥖
Building works in progress so may be noisy during the day. I was out early for most of the day so probably not as affected as I could have been.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would consider this place adequate taking into consideration its price and location. Rooms were small but clean.

The staff is very friendly. The reception is 24/7. They arranged a welcome gift on my day of arrival. My room has a corner kitchen, microwave oven and refrigerator.
It would be nice if the room has a clock.

I like the kitchen everything is fine
Please try and improve on the cleaning of the floor because i noticed the floor is dirty if you want to know take a paper or anything use it on the floor and also the toiletis not well clean i clean it my self before use

Everything was ok. Very good service from very friendly staff. Parking in private garage is perfect.

The staff was welcoming and helpful with everything we asked for with directions and other things very nice to have.
The rooms have no air conditioning in, so for a hot summer it was unpleasant to stay in a room with only a fan.
Also we have asked for a change from double bed to single beds before we arrived at the property and they did not make the change for us at all so we where stuck for a week with a double bed.
The cleaning lady never came in our room to clean for a week, i dont know if it was their policy or there was an extra charge to have this done.
