Truly appreciate the extra mile taken by the Front Desk staff to ensure the special requests were accommodated to -- twin beds & disabled person parking.
Appreciate the kind concern in putting us up on a higher level than the ones being refurbished.
The breakfast buffet spread was just ok, and not as expansive with many options as other Royale Chulan hotels.

not properly maintain… wallpapers are torn out.. molds in the toilet and at entrance (under wallpaper) carpets are dirty,,(can see hairs and dust at corner)

Love the location next to Ikea. the Curve, Ikano, etc.
The interior needs an upgrade. Uncomfortable smell of cigarette and damp carpet.

For 3 nights staying there no hot water because the water systems got problem. The hotel management did not offer anything out of Goodwill for customers who endure cold shower for their stay over there.
