Friendly professional staff. Clean comfy rooms. Decent breakfast and restaurant. Pool fun and not overly crowded

Only negative is lack of elevator which was not a problem for me but might be for others to consider

The studio appartment we ended up in was good, on the ground floor.
Who the hell has 3 floors and no lifts ffs? I am 2 weeks out from a knee replacement surgery, and they gave me a room on the third floor with no lifts. As a result, I injured my back dragging my suitcase down those flights of stairs to ask for a refund or ground floor room. Never booking here again.

I noticed the waste water at property through the swimming pool fence. A better system could implemented

Fantastic Hotel.. The staff are very helpful, helped arrange a driver for me to run an errand at Robinson Mall. The food at the pool cafe is excellent. I enjoyed the burger. The staff at this hotel are really excellent. Breakfast was good and plentiful with a great selection. The room is large, clean and comfortable. Great facilities, with massive outdoor pool and a large well equipped gym. I would use this hotel again if Im in Buriram.

had to eat inside one night , inside a glass box which isn’t a great atmosphere.

Great location in the middle of Buriram which was a very quiet location with no road noise. Comfortable room and excellent very friendly and helpful staff.
Everything was excellent and easily met my expected Thailand hotel standards. We will definitely return.
