The cottage is very well equipped, very nicely decorated, and spotlessly clean. within a 5-10 minute walk to the bars, restaurants etc. Stayed over the Christmas period, and very much enjoyed our festive break. Communication with host was faultless.

A little gem. Very well appointed, beautiful cottage. Very handy for the town, Hubbard Hill and the Wolds. Jaquie and James were very friendly and left some goodies in the cottage ie Wine, choc biscuits, plum cake. Very comfortable stay and if we return to Louth we wont hesitate to stay here again. Thank you both

The cottage was ideal for our needs. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. Ideally located to explore Lincolnshire, within travelling of Lincoln itself and the coast. Also within easy walking distance of Louth town centre and all its amenities. The fresh flowers and welcome pack were a lovely touch ! Thank You ( Julie and Mel )

Pear Tree Cottage was sparkling clean, extremely well equipped, very comfortable and perfectly located for a stay in Louth. It is very close to all of the town’s restaurants, market and shops, but far enough away from them all to be very peaceful and quiet. It is situated on a main (ish) road, but we were not disturbed by this at all, and there was always plenty of on road parking available when we returned after our days out. It was boiling hot during our stay, so the wonderful French windows at the back of the property, which open right back to make the patio outside at the back of the cottage part of the kitchen, were greatly appreciated. WiFi was fabulous enough for a 17 year old’s requirements (no moaning about Netflix), and for we oldies, the bed was very comfortable and we wanted for nothing in the kitchen. This cottage has been equipped to a high specification, and a lot of thought has gone into guest comfort. We will definitely book again when we need to be in the area, or just for a treat visit to Louth. We didn’t try any of the local eateries due to the Covid situation, so we have to return in order to sample some of the great looking restaurants. However, there are also fantastic foodie shops in Louth for people who like eating and cooking, and we well frequented those!! Otherwise, we were on the beach every day, picnicing on the delectable delights we had picked up in the wonderful butchers, bakers and cheese shop in Louth. Baci & Co gelato shop is NOT TO BE MISSED. They also do fab cheesecake and cake. This is also a great base for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds and Coast. Really friendly owner as well.

Beautiful cottage with everything we could possibly need. Very clean and tastefully decorated and furnished. Welcome package from the owner was a nice touch. Great location for Louth, which we love, and easy access to coast. Very good value for money.
