Aquí tiene la oportunidad de permanecer en una unidad grande de 2 habitaciones y 1 baño en el agua. Este edificio fue construido en 2005. Las unidades cuentan con techos altos y un balcón de ancho completo que mira hacia el norte a través de la vía fluvial intra-costera. Usted tiene el uso de un espacio de estacionamiento asignado debajo del edificio.

La ubicación te sitúa en el extremo sur de la isla, con fácil acceso al sur hacia Sand Key y las islas de barrera que conducen hasta Pass-a-Grill. Además, estás a un corto paseo de tres cuadras de las arenas blancas de Clearwater Beach y a unos 20 minutos a pie del muelle 60 y de Clearwater Marina. Reserve un almuerzo o cena de crucero o salga a observar a los delfines.

Tan pronto como caigas en la arena, puedes alquilar un par de sillas y una sombrilla por alrededor de $ 20 por día, o pasar por Walgreens a solo una cuadra de distancia y recoger sillas de playa si no hay suficientes en la unidad. En las inmediaciones hay todo tipo de restaurantes y compras para la playa.

Debe tener 25 años de edad para reservar cualquiera de nuestras casas. La persona que reserve la vivienda también debe ser uno de los ocupantes.
Sábado a sábado reservando solo en los meses de febrero, marzo, junio, julio y agosto. Estancia mínima de una semana.
No Fumar.
No pescar en los muelles
Sin mascotas.
No hay fiestas.
No hay remolques.
El registro es después de las 4 pm
La salida es antes de las 10am.

The condo was clean, had a great pool and was really close to the putt-putt golf place. However, it is a long way (10 minute walk) to the closest beach point and about 20 minutes to the pier. The only reason that is a problem is when it is raining...you just can’t get between the two easily...add in the fact that the condo is lacking many of the beach perk items, like a cart, umbrella or extra chairs. It really makes for a long walk carrying your beach stuff for the day. The kitchen does have a Keurig, but no toaster. There is a toaster oven, so I guess bagels or english muffins would have been a better choice. The main reason for the less than stellar review is that the “master bedroom” bed feels like your sleeping on a giant bag of sugar with a sheet on it. I thought they switched the mattress and the box spring...they didn’t, I checked. If your sleep number is 6000, maybe it’s right up your alley. But not being able to sleep well really puts a damper on the experience. Finally, the check in process was beyond puzzling and very insecure. They send you to a dark alley, to pick up an envelope in an unsecured box. It was after midnight by the time we got there, anyone could go look in that box and have immediate access to the condo. Combine that with the fact that they give you what I can only assume is the master key for the lock and tell you to set your own key for the week. I sure hope that wasn’t the master key...but what else would the 10 digits be? The packet could have been in the condo, and they could have emailed me a key they set for the week along with parking instructions which there were none. Apparently I was parked in a reserved spot all week to be called the day before we leave and then told i need to park elsewhere. The pass literally says “no reserved, all guest”...but that some how means park in spots 1,2,3,8,9, or 11. That’s all you need to send to your guests and your checkin process is secure and simple. I hope you’ll implement this going forward. Maybe it won’t work for all your properties...but maybe that’s the problem, for you this is a business, not personal, and that is exactly how it felt. We still had fun, made some great memories, but this is the fourth condo in Clearwater we have tried, and the first that I wouldn’t recommend.

Our trip was cancelled due to hurricane Irma so we actually didn't stay at the property but the staff at Island Key were very helpful and were able to refund our deposit.
