I was just there for a night there were no dinner places within walking distance. Hardly any street lighting so quite dark if you want to explore at night. I just ordered in.

Pros: - free water - enough space in the room - very kind staff (they helped us with the transfer to El Nido for a good price - 600PHP)

Cons: - location - far from city center/restaurants/shops - high price compaired with the New Casamila Hotel where we found better facilities and a restaurant -no refrigerator -no elevator

Hotel is in quiet neighborhood, staff is very welcoming, speaks good English and is always ready to help with your needs. Bed was very comfortable. A lot of storage place. Good wi-fi. Available drinking water in the kitchen area. Hotel is not particularly central, but if you have your own bike absolutely no problem with that. There were tricycles available around (but I personally think they charge way too much, so renting a bike is way more convenient and cheaper)

My room was on the first floor and window was facing street and hotels parking lot, there were only dark curtains, so it was two end options - either let everyone to look into your room or live without sunlight in your room. For one weeks stay there was one power cut (not a hotels fault) and they don't have backup generator, so there was no electricity and wifi available for an hour or so. The shower stand in bathroom was broken which made showering a little bit challenging. You can hear other guests in rooms next door very well - not the best sound isolation.
