Het ruime terras op de foto hoort bij het driekamerappartement. Bij het tweekamerappartement hoort een klein balkon dat uitkijkt op het grote terras. Niet ideaal voor privacy.

can be noisy at weekend due to location…. but you can’t have everything…..

Everything about our stay here was exceptional - even when we had an issue the response of Cristina was speedy and exceptional and resolved our issue immediately. The space is simply awesome for a family of 6 as we were and took our breath away really. We even had the 1st floor apartment with private courtyard - the pictures do not undersell this property! One tip if going in future - check out everything about the apartment - we have now placed the third parasol for beach use in the outside store cupboard - there is everything you could want available. The apartment is well placed for all Alicante has to offer - from the beach, to great eating areas, reasonable distance from public transport stations or routes (C6 airport route passes the top of the road!).
Our only slight issue was an overloading to electric - this might have been us it might have been the fuse. Irrespective, it was resolved without fuss in a few hours and did not affect anything we did.

Bazan 16 is a fabulous apartment right in the heart of Alicante. It was close to the beach, restaurants and sightseeing areas. The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and extremely comfortable, especially the beds. Our host was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. I would absolutely recommend Bazan 16.

great location for all Alicante has to offer, clean, well appointed, apartment and good communication with host. Lovely terrace.
Obviously the penthouse is on the top floor - there is no lift so a few stairs to climb.

Central .spotless well equipped kitchen and Aircon was great as it was very hot in August. the terrace was a real plus great outside space..
Quite a trip to the top floor wouldn't suit if you have limited mobility...there is a slope over the bed wouldn't suit if you are too tall either. That's it really..

We had the attic apartment which had an amazing terrace. Flat was very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and full kitchen.
Great location near to restaurants, marina and shops.
Attic apartment obviously upstairs but they were pretty steep.
Clever use of space but l had to remember to duck down when getting out of my side of the bed due to the sloped ceiling.

Excellent facility, perfect location, near bars and heaps of restaurants. Yet still v quiet within the apartment. The apartment is huge with small but usable outside balcony (flat 2) which gets sun from morning till mid afternoon.
Would not hesitate to recommend and visit again.

Very good central location flat with all the things you need! Cristina, the host was super helpful in everything. Netflix is a plus :)
The bed was really comfortable.
We were in the attic apartment with large terace, but at the bed the ceiling is very low, so be careful if you are tall :)

The property is in a great location close to shops restaurants the beach and promenade. It’s fully equipped with all kitchen utensils. The balcony is a sun trap all day long and it was spotless. Bed was really comfortable and Cristina was a fantastic host and quick to reply to any queries. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment it was fabulous
The steep stairs to the apartment may not suit someone with mobility issues
