I have stayed in this house several times, and I am very comfortable here. I know the area well, and am a short walk to the home of some friends who own a house nearby. I love going to the bay beach. The owner, Steve, lives next door, and he is very kind and helpful.

Overall was an okay experience. Steve was helpful. He gave us the hose for anti-mosquito spay that I had to use the first day since we were greeted by the mosquito army. 9:00am Check-out time is uncomfortable. Master bedroom had a trace of marijuana smell when we came. Cleaners only cleaned inside, not the deck. House is quite lovely and well-designed for its size. It is located in a lovely area with a short (5-7 min) walk to the small local beach and 3 min drive to the Indian Neck beach. If looking for a private setting, look elsewhere. House is cramped between the two other houses one of which is occupied by the owner Steve. We got lucky with the other house being empty for the most of our stay. It is overpriced for what it is. Still, we enjoyed beautiful Wellfleet and proximity of Provincetown, there are many great eating places short drive away. If you don’t mind mosquitoes and lack of privacy, it still can be your cottage. We will be looking for different one next time.
